Water pipes were starting to leak, so I asked them to replace all pipes as they were very old. While working on water pipes, i also requested that they replace gas pipes as they were as old and many items not up to code. They did not push to replace everything as they originally provided quote on repair; however, as a precautionary measure i decided to replace. Another plumbing company and the home inspector had also noted previously that items were not up to code. Chris' team streamlined the gas pipes since they were original from gas lighting and there were multiple lines running from the gas meter. They replaced the pipes to the furnace, water heater, stove and dryer. They cleaned up all debris and completed work in time frame allotted. A very professional job..

I was having water issues in the basement front of house, which suddenly got worse. I contacted Chris, he came by and determined that water main to house was leaking. It was the week before Labor Day, and he made every attempt to get work done prior to weekend but because of city and various utility companies, he could not get all the lines mapped out before starting to dig. Work started the week after LaborDay, Chris handled all permits and approvals and communications with the various utilities. The old line was dug out and a new line was put in. It just so happened it was one of hottest days of year but his team came and worked through the heat to get water restored to house. The trench was dug by hand including a number of feet under the porch. I had a number of plantings in the yard that they dug up and moved in an effort to avoid damaging them and they put the yard back as best they could and evened out the dirt. Everything is working fine, i have no further water problems in the front of the house.

The team was prompt and professional. There were several issues with the sewer, we agreed to rework sewer pipes in back of house to fix a leak, update and connect laundry to sewer and disguard old toilet pipe, and to open up drain in front of house to check out sewer because of water problems. Once opened up in front, they discovered line was completely cracked all the way from the front to the back of the house. In order to reduce costs, Chris devised a plan to run the sewer above ground in the back of house and then gradually bury the line as it reached the front of the house in order to avoid breaking up the entire basement floor and reduce a potential tripping hazard of having it above ground when near the stairs. The cracked line was not expected; however, Chris and team developed a workable solution to hold down the costs while also fixing the problem and putting in a new sewer. It was an extremely messy job and they came back over several days to clean everything up and haul away the debris. I would highly recommend them.

Went very well. Excellent work done. Fair price. Accidentally cracked a marble sink top. Owner said he would pay to repace it.

The owner of Clog Busters answered the phone when we called. He was a total professional. We informed him that we had a sewer line back-up that flooded our basement and would like him to check the main line to find the source of the problem. Unfortunately, the person who we spoke with on the phone was not the person who showed up to do the work. It was his assistant. My wife asked him to snake the drain to the municipal service line. He ignored her request, snaked part of the main line, found a small clog and removed it. He then asked us to run the water in all our showers and sinks to see the water was flowing smoothly. Despite the clog, the water was draining properly prior the the removal of the clog. This is why we wanted him to snake the line to the municipal line, to find the reason we had a back-up. We were charged $150 for about 30-40 minutes worth of work and did not get an answer to our initial questions. Furthermore, the assistant was unprofessional. He asked my wife what we paid for our house and other questions that did not pertain to the job at hand. The excellent reviews this company has is clearly for the owner of the company. Re-reading the reviews shows that other reviewers have had issues with this assistant as well.
