Ingrained Woodworking Inc.

Jason Jones (Ingrained Woodworking) completed two projects for our home.  He built a stunning 19x24, 2 level pool deck off the house, and he built a pantry in an unused corner of our dining room.  Throughout both projects, Jason and his crew were reliable, polite, considered my input, answered questions satisfactorily, and were just an overall pleasure to work with.  
I knew Jason's company, Ingrained Woodworking would be the one I hired the day he arrived for an estimate.  He had already come highly recommended from someone else, and he was the only person who showed up with a clipboard.  He made notes of what I needed, and took measurements.  Nobody else took any measurements.   The estimate he presented was itemized and fair.
During the hottest days of this past summer, they worked like dogs in full sun and created the most beautiful cedar deck I have ever seen on anyone's house.  The edges of the boards were rounded (routed), the boards along the pool were coped to match the pool joints, sharp edges were sanded smooth, etc.  They made the cedar hand rails into a grippable shape for code, so I would not have to have metal ones attached.  The gates function perfectly.  Even the building inspector was genuinely impressed with the quality of the woodworking, as well as the structural components.  
Our pantry was also completed with the same level of quality.  It has pocket doors, which can be tricky to get just right, and they work perfectly.  Jason was very mindful of my preferences with how the shelving should go, and it was done exactly as I specified.  
Ingrained Woodworking is highly recommended.  Jason's practices are of the utmost professional character.  He keeps in good communication throughout the project, he shows up when he says he will, he listens to feedback, and is always pleasant.  I am very glad he was recommended to me.
