Kelley was very knowledgeable on water treatment. I make that comment since I have a degree in Chemistry so I am familiar with water analysis and mitigation. He was easy to work with and I would highly recommend him

He called right away and was able to come in the afternoon the same day. He arrived when he said he would and completed the work in the amount of time that was estimated. He explained what he would be doing and went over everything when he was done. I thought Kelly Walters did a great job.

Safewell technologies were great. Kelly figured out what the problem was and replaced my pump . He worked diligently until the problem was solved and the new pump was doing the job! We would certainly recommend Safewell to anyone having water issues!!

Kelly was prompt and courteous. He explained everything, every step of the way. And he cleaned up thoroughly after he was done. As an added bonus, he helped me evict a frog from my well pit. I will definitely call him again if the need arises.

Kelly reached out to us after we looked up his company upon HomeAdvisor. It was 11:00 pm and we were so grateful to talk to someone who knew what to do and what we might be facing. He is kind and easy to talk to. I asked him to please come to help us in the morning and he showed up as quickly as possible. We needed our well pump replaced which has been our first major cost while owning our home. Kelly was efficient, funny and diligent. My husband learned a lot from him! He explained everything. From no water at 10:00 pm last night to water less than 24 hours later. We appreciate him! He is no slouch! That 2-star review is crap! All 5 stars all the way! Fix it HomeAdvisor! Thanks again, Kelly! Hire him- he knows what he is doing and does not talk down to you or takes advantage.

I appreciated that when we encountered a hiccup that had nothing to do with what he did, he was determined to address it and find a solution. I appreciated his problem solving logic and committment to get the job done. Even when he had justification to lose his patience he maintained a professional attitude.
