We reached out the Daimon Soundproofing to see if they could help us with reducing impact noise coming from a neighboring unit in our condo. From the initial conversation, Bulent was incredibly thorough about helping us understand what kind of work needed to be done, the differences between airborne and impact sound transmission, and what the realistic expectations are for all of our options. Never once did we feel like he was overselling or anything besides patient with our questions. During the work itself, his team were incredibly efficient and conscientious about limiting the dust/dirt by sealing off the work area. They put a ton of effort into making sure even the little details are done correctly. Bulent came by every day to make sure everything was on schedule and make sure I didn't have any questions. I had even mentioned very early on to Bulent that wanted to re-mount my TV at the same location once the work was complete and the team already knew exactly where the mount was supposed to go and offered to re-install it for me. The effectiveness of the soundproofing was exactly as described and we are really happy with the results. We're much happier with the place now that we don't have to hear constant cabinet slamming from our neighbors. I would give Bulent and his whole team a very strong recommendation.
