I called Global Solutions on Wed afternoon right before the holidays. They answered immediately, gave me a 3-hr window the next morning, and showed up as promised. Eli was not only incredibly knowledgeable but really nice and efficient. He identified the problems with both of my ovens (one a very old Wolf) and clearly had experience with both brands (the other a GE). They both needed new parts. The best part, with Christmas dinner hanging in the balance, was that Eli somehow had the exact parts we needed in his truck. So he fixed both ovens on the spot during the 3-hr window we originally arranged and he cleaned/reconditioned both ovens. The service was a bit pricey, but not overpriced--especially considering how knowledgeable, fast, and incredibly nice Eli was. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.
