Perfect. Emergency-pipe broken John came right away.

John Robertson is our regular plumber.  When we had no water, he was the one I first called.  He came over, even though he was very busy, and found out our well pump was the problem.  As he didn't have the time to fix it himself, he recommended Sterling Pump to come over and repair or replace the equipment. 



John called me later in the evening to see if we had the repair done and our water was on.  What a guy!  He didn't charge us for the service call either.

Based on his excellent reputation among locals in the area, we called upon John to repair and replace some very old fixtures in our house.  He responded quickly, patiently listened to our concerns, and took the time to fully explain the most cost-effective options.  He also offered general advice (which we value) on other plumbing/heating aspects of the house.  The workmanship was first-rate. Unexpected issues due to the age of the fixtures were taken in stride and resolved  appropriately.  John is a pleasure to work with -- very friendly and personable.  We found him to be quite knowledgeable, capable and trustworthy - a true professional who takes pride in his work and cares about the customers he serves.  

He's a local guy and owns his own business, and cares about his customers.

John arrived when he said he would. He completed the job quickly and efficiently and properly.

While changing our inline water filter the shutoff valve broke and we had no water. John came and had to replace the filter housing. He was prompt and very nice. He completed the job quickly and not pricey.
