The staff is professional, friendly and courteous. My car was checked in on time, and it was finished when promised. They found that the car needed an alignment, but when I declined having the work done, there was no hard push to do it (much appreciated). The rep said it wasn't necessary to pass the inspection, but they wanted me to be aware of it. Checkout was quick and easy and the cost was exactly what I expected (no surprises). I find their prices to be higher than the independent mechanic I frequently go to, but I had a coupon to save a few dollars off the oil change/tire rotation, and combined with the convenience and speed of service, it was worth taking it to Healey for service.

Horrible. They have no courtesy vehicles. Their shuttle runs from 8-4pm, so if you are a working individual, you had better get done work early to drop your vehicle off and get a ride home. You can rent a car for $50 a day. Experience was so bad, we traded the vehicle and will never ever buy a GM product again and in fact traded our current GM cars in for foreign made cars.

My husband always goes there. He is the caretaker of the Jeep and he says he always had a good experience when he goes there. We like that they right way find an appointment for us and we didn't have to wait long for an oil change. They always do a good inspection on the jeep. If we have any questions they are always there to answer them.

Kristina at Healey Chevrolet gave me a really good price for my trade-in. A lot of people low ball you, but they didn't. They weren't pushy and didn't try to push me to an upper model. They were very understanding of what our budget would be and how much our payments needed to be. They got me a really good price on a loan and it all went really good and smoothly. She set up my phone in my car for me, so I didn't have to. My car was ten years old, so I didn't have all the new stuff. So, they showed me all the options and the things that the car could do. They took the time to explain everything and went in the car to show me. They're very nice. They even got me a lower interest rate on my loan than I thought. Ended up with 1.69% interest rate on the loan. They didn't try to sell us anything extra, add anything in. There were no surprises at the end.
