Juan was fantastic from start to finish. Very quick to respond and quote the job. Was able to book him in less than a week. After the first day if work, he arrived and mentioned that he was thinking about the job and wanted to check a few things. He uncovered some cotton wood under a door frame that was not noticed by other companies. He repaired that as well. Left the job cleaner than when he arrived. Would have him do more work for sure. When he could accommodate it, pricing was very fair and the work was done quickly. They even went above the project scope since proper drainage was my goal. I cannot thank Juan and his team enough. I reached out for a quote for a 9x12 concrete slab on a Friday and he started work 6 days later.
