D Rhode heating and plumbing cleaned and serviced my bioler. They determined a part needed to be replaced. The part was ordered and installed. Highly recommend for heating issues.

After a minor scheduling issue where we had agreed upon a date and time but because they called ahead and I did not answer they did not come, we rescheduled and everything went well. They showed up on time and were professional and efficient. I would use them again.

It went very well and I was happy with the service. I will probably use them again in the future.

It went good. He was on time and actually early. He was very personable and took his time which was appreciated.

Clean, professional and thorough.

This was very expensive and big job. My 3000+ sq foot house has only electric heat. I wanted to get state of the art system installed.
1. Dan was super knowledgeable and knew everything about the components.
2. He spent a great deal of time analyzing what would meet my needs, and how the system should work.
3. His work (install) was top-notch.
4. He responded very quickly to my concerns, and came over to test the system when I wasn't (initially) happy with it.
5. I price-shopped with 6 other reputed providers. I went with him not only because his price was competitive, but because he knew his systems inside-out.
Minor stuff I didn't like:
1. The systems installed did not meet energy star compliance, so I did not get the rebates I was hoping for (loss of ~$2000). I put part of the blame on myself: he showed me the model numbers and I should have done my due diligence.
2. In hindsight, I should have asked for additional indoor units. Its still a bit undersized.
3. It can be hard to get hold of him sometimes (response to emails).

It went very well, as it always has with D. Rohde.   Dan is very meticulous in his work.  He has done work for me in the past and has always done an excellent job. He checked everything thoroughly.  Before he left, he answered all my questions and concerns about the heating system.  I called Dan in September about a hot water pipe, which had a slow leak.  While he was here, he fixed the problem and even drained the hot water heater for me.   He was kind enough to take a look at the water supply to the refrigerator ice maker to let me know if there was an issue with it, as I had been experiencing a problem with the ice and water.  I've already highly recommended  D. Rohde to my neighbors and wouldn't use anyone else. He is honest and very pleasant.  His prices for service are very fair.  I had called him the first time to check out my boiler for a free estimate if to check if anything needed to be done.  Before I was a member of Angie's List, and found Dan, another heating company told me I needed an entire new heating system with a new hot water heater incorporated into it, which was totally unnecessary and very dishonest of them.

Everything went very well. Service provider was very professional. He explained what the service entailed and when done explained what was replaced and why.

This company is professional, experienced and courteous. They promptly arrived at my house when I called in early evening, even though it was quite late when they finished the job before me. The technician explained details of the problem he found and how it should be repaired. They ultimately fixed a leak in my central air conditioner in just an hour, did an excellent job and charged a lower price than I would have expected to pay. I highly recommend them.

The company emailed me back promptly and let me know that they do not service my area. I wish they would have indicated that they did not service Port Jervis.

They were wonderful. They were there on time, the technician was knowledgeable, polite and very considerate. Gave me information that I needed. I think he cleaned it better than the other company I used several years ago.

Mike is great. We love D. Rohde Heating and Plumbing. He is efficient, fastidious, meticulous and quick. He is very professional and clean throughout the work. He arrives on time, and, is easy to communicate with. His work is superb. He's been maintaining our furnace now for the second year and has done a wonderful job of keeping it in shape, despite it's age! Thank you Mike and D. Rohde Heating and Plumbing! You guys are awesome!
