At first had trouble coordinating the appointment via phone.
Although the Provider did respond promptly through the angies list message
service which I preferred anyway.
They told me there should have been a surcharge listed of $59 for because it
was oil although I specifically purchased the oil boiller cleaning and not the
gas furnace cleaning which was the first coupon I found. They said it was
angies list fault but would honor the $66.00 price.
The service tech showed up a week early (I was not home) they called asking why
no-one was home.
I had to let them know the appointment was for the following week.
When the service tech showed up on the correct day he started working promptly
and was very nice. I did not hang over his shoulder while he worked so I can
only assume everything was completed. I did watch him bleed the oil line after
I assume replacing the filter. This boiler was not cleaned in at least 5 years
or more so I was surprised to learn that it was "all in good
condition" but the nozzle was gummed up as well as the oil filter housing,
to be expected
This did not include removal of the top of the boiler to clean in between the
plates as I had seen on most YouTube videos showing how a boiler is cleaned.
Also I don't believe any tuning of the boiler was done.
I'm not even sure if the front of the boiler was opened and cleaned out.
I received no formal receipt or report on the boiler.
No attempt to upsell anything (which is ok)
I know for a fact the relief valve piping is too small so was at least
expecting a quote on that item.
All in all for $66.00 I cannot complain if it at least included a oil filter
change and nozzle cleaning.

They were very responsive and came a little ahead of their scheduled appointment.
I think the cost was $205 then he took the $50 off. But I guess for an electrical component, the price was reasonable and there was no up selling involved.
I'm very glad that Angie's List found this guy.
When the cold weather hit we weren't getting enough hot water. After one phone call to Dan, Mike came right over and turned the temp. up on the boiler. They had set the hot water temp. to summer conditions so not to burn my children. That's the kinda guys they are. I feel confidant that if I have a question or concern or if something isn't working right, one phone call is all I need. And that's what you want when having to make a chose!!
