James from black diamond is amazing! He is very detailed in his quotes and pricing. He explains in advanced what will be completed so there are no surprises. He is very efficient and quick with quotes for side projects we are interested in. He is never bothered by my ignorance of botany and takes the time to explain and brainstorm ideas for my property. He even alerted us we had poison ivy by our kids playhouse and removed it. Which I appreciated very much! Choose this company if you want quality 5 star service.
