The tech was honest, knowledgeable and new about all The hvac systems. He spotted a leak in my boiler and fixed On the second trip Unfortunately the first visit they had issues with a different service van but made up for service on 2nd visit. That was not professional. But will use them again.

AC technician, Raymond was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get right to the problem and fix in no time, taking every precaution to do the job right.

I asked them to come out and check the boiler, because it was not staying on and we were not getting any heat. Two men came and looked at it. They said it needs a tune up. I asked what was wrong with it. They kept saying it needs a tune up. The secretary called and said it needs a tuneup. What exactly is the tuneup it needs to get it to work? According to the two guys who came out it involves changing nozzles, filters and looking it over. It needs to be done every year. I said every year? They confirmed every year. I changed the nozzle and filter recently. It does not make sense to me since I have just done those things. She insisted that was it, and so did the 2 experts who came out. We are not here to scam you or rip you off, because we do not do that, the experts said this, then it must be it. Then, the secretary asked, do you want them to come out again? It will cost you $150 for service fee or $225 for the tune up, then they can tell you what is wrong. So I asked again, what is wrong? I heard the 2 experts on the phone in background coaching her what to say. They kept insisting it needs a tune up, that is all it needs. I said ok, lets do the tuneup and get it back up running. Since that is all it needs. They came back. After 15 minutes of looking at it, running outside to look at oil tank, they came back in and said----IT IS OUT OF OIL. Really? It cost me $225 to tell me something they should have known when they first came out. Swore up and down they are not thieves, or cheats. I feel that Obviously they are.

Fast and friendly service! Worked hard to find a heating system that matched our price point. They were ready to move once we were ready and did a nice job with the installation.

Great service and prompt response. David was great. I was somewhat disappointed with the price because all I needed was to have the wires connected properly. I had made a mistake in reattaching wires when replacing a fan motor. I was charge for a service call which was separate from the actual work. That was an additional $50 for a few minutes work in addition to the $119 for the service call. I understand the need for a charge but I thought it was a little overkill for what needed to be done. Pull one wire off the terminal and switch it with another wire. My own fault for not making a better diagram when I disconnected them during the fan replacement. But the knowledge level and work ethic was second to none.

They quickly responded same day I called. Had a huge problem with my A/C system which was diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner and the price was very fair. Patrick was very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain things to me and answer my questions which I appreciate. I will use them in the future and recommend them to my friends.
