Easy fast response and very professional , added a new bathroom. Framed plumbed sink it was a big job and they did excellent, I highly recommended CLR Construction

Put some kind of thin sealant on my roof, I asked for Kool Seal and sent pictures of examples. Every time it rains it seems to come off, you can see the different colors that were on the roof before the sealant. I messaged Chad, the owner about two months after it had been applied to tell him the problem and that we had two spots in the house that were bubbling up on the wall. He said he would come the following week but he never showed up or call. I messaged him again a week after that and he said he would take care of it when he was done with the roof he was on he will fix the issue at her house then he said he was sick he has been putting excuses all along.Have not heard anything from him and my daughter messaged him we were going to file a dispute with PayPal and he said he had come by and seen a spot or two, said I did not say it was an emergency and promised to come fix it. That was yesterday and we have not heard anything from him at all. He gave a 10-year warranty on the sealant but that does not help if he does not come. I just want my roof Kool sealed as I asked for. Chad and his worker were very nice, friendly, and polite during the initial process. I do not understand what is going on. If they fix my roof, I will gladly revise my review.

I've found who I'll be calling every time I need work on my slate roof. They called me the same day and they came out quick to take a look at the roof. They did a fantastic job for a fair price. I'll have no hesitation in recommending them to my neighbors and my friends. If you need work done you'd be missing out if you didn't talk to them first.

CLR Construction was definitely the right choice for slate roofers to fix several long term leaks. They were very quick to come by and give me a quote. They were able to pinpoint several areas that a previous slate repair business had failed to fix, plus they recommended some chimney repair that we need to be aware of. They did an excellent job on my 83 year old original slate roof, and at a very reasonable price taboot. They were very polite and thorough, they cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave me with a mess. We are very happy with CLR and would definitely call on them again. We highly recommend them. 5 stars! woo hooo!

Called me back the same day as my request. Gave a quote the next day and it was not a very big job and and did the job the next day. From Thursday to Saturday and the job was done. The roof was 3 stories on an older home with a slate roof and a very steep pitch. They replaced a dozen or so tiles including a roof ridge cap and repaired a soffit piece. They did check all of the roof and the chimney and vent pipe for leaks. Told me my roof was in great shape. They also installed a 6x8 fence panel that was damaged in the last windstorm. They had the work done in a few hours and it is perfect. They were mindful of the extensive landscape and very careful. They were polite, courteous, and friendly. No trying to upsell more work. I also asked about doing more small jobs and they were quick to say they would be back in a few days. Hard to find good honest capable people who know how to properly do the job. I recommend them completely. Their price was very good.

CLR Construction was wonderful. They responded right away and showed up the very next day. They fixed my slate roof perfectly and for a reasonable price, and also came back to fix a complicated broken piece of historical wooden fascia near the roof. Beautiful work, polite, quick and efficient. I cannot recommend them enough and we will definitely be hiring them again.
