Family-owned and operated since 1947, Roll-O-Matic has also been located at the same storefront as well. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, stong technical expertise and reliability. As an independent dealer, we have the ability to work with different products and manufacturers to offer each customer choices that will best fit their needs and provide the most value. All repairs and new installations are done personally by the owner John Catapano, never contracted out.

The best part however, was that John never looked at the job as a 'replacement'. He quickly analyzed the work and made only the recommendations that applied to our situation. Many contractors see 2 women, or an elderly person and think 'easy money', and take advantage by looking for full replacement of items that only need repair, then charging a fortune. John Catapano is not like this at all! He's been in business for a very long time and knows his reputation depends on quality work for an honest price. We thought the doors would need to be replaced. He didn't see that. He told us what the doors would cost to replace, but he didn't see the need.
Professional, kind, warm, knowledgeable and experienced; a genuine people-person. John Catapano really loves his work and the level of commitment is very high. We look forward to seeing him again in the Spring, when he replaces the lower panels on the left garage door. And if we do ever need the doors replaced, John Catapano and Roll-o-matic Garage Doors will be the ONLY garage door company we use. A definite Page of Honor candidate.

First, it is EXTREMELY quiet. My living room sits above the garage door. So every time the garage door would open, the entire living room would rattle. In addition, it would wake my children from their naps. Now, with the new motor, you cannot hear a thing. Not even a vibration.
John programmed the wireless keypad for us as well. You could see that he knows his stuff and is extremely professional and patient. He answered all our questions and even showed us how to operate the garage door, should the power go out.

I got a two hour window and he came on the near side of that two hour window and not the far side.
He checked out my door thoroughly, asked me a few questions, showed me the problems that existed and fixed them. I was concerned about the springs and he said my springs were fine. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.
When he was all finished he explained everything that he did and what steps I can take as the homeowner so that my door continues to run smoothly. And if I had any questions, not to hesitate to call for advice.
Wow, I didn't realize people like this existed anymore.
