Eric made the entire process so easy. He walked us through the permit process (really easy). Provide a very good quote for the job and didnà ¢à  à  t charge any additional charges when work was completed. His works came and finished the entire roof replacement in one day. The yard was left spotless after work was completed. Would highly recommend them.

Quick and fair

This review is over a year in the making, but shortly after moving into a new home the roof started leaking after a few days of heavy rain. Kevin and his team did an assessment and then gave an honest estimate. They did excellent work at a great price and after several days of heavy rain and snow over the past year we have not seen any problems. And if it starts leaking again, they stand behind their work with a guarantee. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend them.

After the last snowstorm, my roof sprung a leak directly above my kitchen stove, it was a nightmare, I called three different companies looking for quotes, 2 of the companies told me that the problem was a lot worse than it really was. After Kevin explained what my problem was, he offered a much lower quote and the problem wasn't as severe as the other companies made it out to be. Kevin saved me thousands of dollars. I have slate roof and I need a roofing company to provide me a quote to fix an area that have missing or loose slates and water leaking on top of my ceiling in the house. Since Clearview fix part of my roof couple years ago, I called them and Eric stopped by and provided me a quote. Eric was very patient explaining to me that it will better to replace my slate roof with asphalt singles roof so I don't need to call roofing company every year. His company also provides 25 year warranty for new roof. Because the pandemic, Eric needed to wait until NYC opens for construction work but he scheduled his crews to replace my roof immediately after NYC opens phase I of work. On the day of work, there are at least 8 people coming to work on my roof on time and his crews clean up the area after the work. His company is so professional, I would not hesitate to recommend Clearview Roofing to other people.

We had a roof replacement (Spanish Tile) done by another company (that company is no longer in business). The shoddy job lead to extensive roof leaks. It was horrendous. Eric L came and quickly diagnosed the problem. The price was reasonable, so we hired Clearview. He also told us what was being done, at each stage. The job was prompt. Everyone was nice, and courteous. Eric still checks up on us even though it was a while ago. It s refreshing to see people that not only know what they re doing, but treat you right. Our only regret was that we didn t hire Clearview to do the initial roof replacement. Highly recommended to everyone. THANK YOU!
