VERY WELL, though I am going to give you all the details, including the little foxes. The day after we agreed to the job, the owner whom we thought was the painter, Greg, came back to show "his worker" what had to be done and introduced him. We were told the worker would be here at 7:30 am on Saturday. 2 guys arrived at 8:30. We never saw the boss again but these two guys were great. They were respectful, worked meticulously and knew their job. There wasn't much communication, though, as to what they were doing, when they were leaving and returning etc. We were supplying the paint, but they had no spackle or rollers with them. So they had to first go to a home improvement store to buy some. The first day, it didn't seem like they accomplished much, especially when we had the bedroom entirely empty for them to work. All they accomplished was the spackling of the bedroom and painted its ceiling and the trim. We were on a tight deadline to have all the work done in just 4 days and after the first, we never thought they would make it, thinking they should have been further ahead after one full day. The second day, while they again arrived an hour later than expected, they made faster progress. They finished the entire bedroom (IT LOOKED WONDERFUL! THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB!) and they did all of the spackling of the other areas and centered most of the living room furniture. The third day, they arrived at 8:00 am and worked, incredibly, with our approval, UNTIL 11:30 pm! They finished everything that had to be done one day under the deadline. At the end, we saw a couple of small issues, which despite the late hour, they graciously took care of them. EVERYTHING LOOKS FABULOUS! They also offered to come back to take care of an extra little job for us. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS. Three small gripes: 1) There was a bulge in a hallway wall, which they said they couldn't fix with spackle, but, a friend, who paints as a side job, easily evened out the wall with spackle. 2) They did a pretty good job cleaning up their stuff in the rooms. However, they left the bathroom sink where they cleaned their brushes and rollers a mess and spackle dust on the hallway stairs. 3) They didn't offer to move any of the living room furniture back (it was we (women) who moved the wall unit to the middle and we will now have to move it back).
