"Our Roof Maintenance package consists of a thorough 17 point inspection. Each area is inspected and extensive pictures are taken. Any repairable damage that can be done while the inspector is on sight is performed and more extensive damage is then notated on the inspection report. After the inspector has completed his inspection and met with me and I compile a pictorial report that consists of 2 sections. The first section is comprised of general pictures of the roof and the second section is areas of concern. In the second section problem areas are notated and any remedy that was done during the inspection is also notated with before and after pictures. In all instances repairs that can be made in the field are performed unless the damage is greater than what can be done during the inspection. In that case, the damage is noted and a recommendation for the remedy is made during the post inspection consultation. After the report is made I contact each homeowner, personally review it with them and answer any questions that they may have. We always fix whatever we can while we are at the property, but in the case of this particular customer, there were no specific problem areas that could be addressed other than the general condition of ALL of the shingles. The roof was 24 years old and the shingles were manufactured to last from 20-25 years. Unfortunately when a roof is this old and deteriorating, there are no repairs that can fix it. The only option to improve a roof in this condition is to replace it."

He was able to tell that my roof was decades old and would need replacement based upon its present condition.
He gave me credit options which would allow me to get the work done as soon as I am ready.

Service took a little longer to provide then I had hoped was understandable though, lot of rain on Long Island in June. Only reason they got a B in punctuality was I had expected them on a Saturday, and I didn't get a call they wouldn't make it---but they were there first thing Monday morning, and that worked for me.
I have three levels of roofing which includes the garage, and they checked all of them out. They asked I leave some shingles in the backyard in case there was a need for repair, did that and he replaced two shingles. I had some gutter covers put on house after Hurricane Irene, and Sandy managed to looses several of them, they repaired them without me asking, so big plus on that. They also alerted me to some missing siding, that I need to repair, before I get water damage.
I was pleased with service, price and bottom line I would use them again.
