It went very well, Perry's guys worked hard and fast. I was told it would take two days to complete the job, but to my surprise they finished the entire job in one day. They did a nice job on the roof and a nice job cleaning up the property when they were done. They even removed the dumpster the very next day which was a relief, being that it took up most of my driveway. I would definately use and refer  them to others.

I had just bought my house and wanted to be sure that the roof, which was 100% covered in moss, would survive the winter.  Perry's team worked up there in the dead of a brutal winter to get the job done and it looks perfect.  I got five bids and his pricing was in the middle but his proposal seemed the best (one charged $400 less but only wanted to power wash the old roof and go over it with new shingles, another even cheaper one just didn't seem very professional).

The experience was good. They were very professional and prompt. Did their job and cleaned the place. It was very well done.

I was very impressed with Tim O'Brien and the quality of the work which the crew was able to perform.  I appreciated the fact  that Perry came by that morning and assured my wife and I that the men would stay until the job was done.  I think overall Perry Verrone is hard to beat!  They are a master contractor who is organized, detail oriented and a problem solver.  One look at our chimney today and you know it was very well thought out.

We had a minor leak in the roof.  Perry was able to set up an appointment promptly, repair the roof well (this was months ago and no leak has reappeared), and stayed within the estimate.
However, this review is triggered not by that work but because our gutter recently detached from the roof.  Having had a good experience with Perry on the roof, we reached out for his thoughts.  Although only a modest part of Perry's usual work, he took the time to quickly learn about the problem and promptly recommended and set up a trusted person to help repair the problem.  This wouldn't have directly benefited Perry at all and so, to me, was a clear sign of a customer service focus.

I originally called to schedule gutter replacement and fascia board repair, but knew my roof was due to be replaced and wanted to wait for the spring.   I asked for an estimate for all things that needed to be done and requested an estimate for the roof as well - just to get ready to have it done by the spring.  RIGHT AFTER I asked for a roofing estimate, our roof started to leak.  When I was sent a very reasonable estimate by this company for all the repairs, I asked, "Can we do everything now?"  
 I was scheduled within a week.  They sent people to tarp the roof to prevent further leaks prior to coming out here.  They did an absolutely beautiful job on our large home, and I was amazed at how great it looked.  Not only that, but they cleaned up so well, that you wouldn't have even known that anyone was here.  Everything that needed to be replaced and fixed was done.  And, with the exception of the gutter install, it was all done in one day.  They brought a whole crew here and knocked it out.  The gutter install was done within a couple of days as the week had presented poor weather conditions, and the fascia board on our home had to be replaced where it had rotted.
The workers even avoided damaging our plants and were careful to move our deck furniture and items that could be damaged.
What really amazed me is when I looked up at the roof and said to my husband, "Wow, it's beautiful!"  Two of the workers that walked by were beaming when they heard me.  It was great to see people proud of their work - as they well should be proud.
Thank you for an amazing job that was done quickly and painlessly.  We couldn't be more happy with the beautiful roof, fascia board repair, and gutters.  You have a great team, and I would hire you again.

We were originally going to have the work done last year but had to put it off. Perry was nice enough to honor the quote he gave us last year. He said the job could be done in one day. Amazingly, he and his very professional work crew did just that. Perry honored all of his commitments. The roof looks great. Perry is indeed a man of his word. We highly recommend him.

Perry's estimate was very fair and competitive and he was just a nice guy to talk to.  We setup a start date, but due to weather it got pushed back a few days.  No big deal at all. 
On the scheduled day, he and his crew arrived and got to work quickly.  He kept me in the loop as to anything they found on the roof (rotted fascia board, etc...) and any additional items that would be needed to complete the job.  The job took 2 days total and also included new leaders and gutters, all new venting, and flashing around our chimney and other pipes on the roof.
The roof looks great and I appreciate Perry's timely completion of the job and quality of work.

Perry's Roofing left me stranded with a leaky/failing roof while stringing me along without following through on the project. If you want reliability this is not your company.
My experience with Perry's roofing started out OK. A reasonably friendly receptionist helped setup an appointment  to have someone come out to my house to provide a quote for a partial roof replacement and general maintenance. The "Project Manager", came over and discussed some options and told me he would write up a proposal and send it over to me within a few days so we could move forward with the project. A week later I hadn't received anything so I reached out to him to follow-up. I waited a few days and heard nothing back so I decided to call the general "Customer Service" number. I was told by the receptionist I should receive the proposal that night. It's now been a week since I followed-up with the receptionist and I have not heard anything (two weeks total). After my discussion with the project manager I was very hopeful about using Perry's Roofing however due to their lack of follow-up, all while stringing me along, I've been dealing with a leaky/failing roof for two weeks now. I probably could have had my roof repaired/replaced by now had I reached out to another company. I'm not sure exactly what the situation is but if they weren't interested in doing the work they should have been more up front about it.

My Roof was original and 35 years old. I took my sweet-a** time planning the replacement because I dreaded the process and the mess. Well I'm still wondering how did it go so good?

 I got 5 quotes and honestly I was happy with 2 of them- very professional, with references and insurance info up front.  The first quote was respectable and a name I saw a lot in the area and I'm sure they would have done a good job.  If Perry didn't call and BS with me about the job I would have easily gone with them, but Perry was just a little less money and I got a good feeling from him when we spoke.  I always expect the worst, and am skeptical of everything so I need to know I have somebody to b**** to if something goes wrong, but once I met Perry and spoke with Jessica and Alicia in the office I didn't worry about anything and just sat back and said come do it whenever you're ready.  They called to set up a day and I told them it might rain but they said they would be there and get it all done in one day.  Well, I figured I gotta see this... there ain't no way. 

Well they showed up in force before 8am, got in an hour's worth of stripping my old roof before the sky opened up, but they tarped everything, waited over an hour for the rain to stop and went to town.   My roof is not small, but by about 5pm everything was cleaned up and the trucks were pulling out.  I went looking for a mess, but they cleaned everything up really, really nice.  Then I went up on the roof to look for screw ups.  I was amazed at how much they did that I didn't expect.  The level of detail was excellent and they flashed some of my hard to flash areas better than I think anyone else would have.  Better than the folks that built the house did for sure!  I haven't found one thing out of place and they did more work then I expected.  I totally feel I made the best choice based on the quality and his cost was in-line or less than the other quotes.  I was actually amazed that 5 different quotes were all about the same except for the one "family friend" that was >25% more.  If you need to do your roof- go with Perry Verrone.   He showed up with 9 guys and I understand that when it rained and they lost an hour or two, he called in a couple more to help so it would be all done in one day like he said.  Jessica and Alicia were always nice on the other end of the phone and they really helped me out with the dumpster because I wanted to keep it for a week and empty out my attic while I was in home improvement mode.  Perry Verrone and company is a Class act- Good people. A++ 

One of the best experiences I've every had and still can't get over the efficiency and thoughness of the job. We have a large house with the roof area over 5000 square feet. Perry's estimate was very fair and competitive. Promised a start date and sure enough at 7am the crew arrived. At times there were 14 men working on the roof which required removing the old roof down to bare wood and installing a new roof. The entire job was completed in two days. Hard to believe !! The workmanship was superior and the clean up was spotless.

Perry's attention to detail was without compromise and his attention to a timely completion of the job was something beyond my greatest expectations.

Nothing but the highest recommendations for Perry Verrone. And no, I'm not a relative of his !

They were on time for the quote and on time for the services done.  We actually just needed the soffits popped back in but the initial cost was pricy so they were nice enough to throw in a roof inspection and gutter cleaning. The gutter cleaning was great as they picked it out by hand and not with one of those machines that bang up your gutters! I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

I ended up using a different service provider but I can confirm that Perry seemed like a nice guy in person, seemed to price the proposed work fairly, and they care about their reputation on Angie's List.

Representative was very professional and detailed.  All work was completed in half a day.
