I called and they came out. I think their price is fine. I like them because they came out quickly, is efficient, convenient and professional also. I would recommend them because of their price and how fast they are. I had no problems with me.

You have to bargain to get the best oil price.

We pay an annual contract fee for their service. I dislike the company because they wanted to do repairs and services on staffs that are not necessary.

They offer a variety of pricing options, which I renegotiate on a early basis.  As with other companies,you need to request written confirmation of agreements, but overall have found them to be reasonable, responsive, and professional.

UPDATE: Had a really awful time with their customer support and billing services.  It takes multiple calls to get simple matters resolved.  They tried to tack on a late payment  fee for a service that I didn't ask for.

Great on service and delivery.  Very high on price.  If their prices came down, I would use them again.

I haven't had any problems.  When I call, they deliver promptly.  They are usually out in a day or two.

We are on an automatic plan with them but since we have not been using a lot of oil they have not been around to fill our tank recently. We sign the contract yearly and continued with this company because the previous homeowners had them. From what I understand they are more expensive than other places but I have not had the time to comparison shop and I am happy with their service. We had one problem and they were out here right away. I will use them again in the future.

I am on a contract with them. They are very good, reliable and if there is an emergency, they are there.

We were referred to the tank cleaning service by Petro, and the cleaning service performed as promised and on time. Petro was supposed to coordinate with the cleaner to refill the tank and restart the boiler promptly after service. Petro botched the work order, writing it up as a boiler cleaning, not a refill and restart. They showed up after 7pm although they had ample advanced notice that the cleaning would be finished at 4pm. As a result they unnecessarily left tenants without heat or hot water.

I contracted with them about a month ago. They just delivered the fill for the second time today. The cost of the service depends on the price of oil and also on how much oil I use. I chose them because they are a large enough company that they have a 24-hour helpline and they also have online bill payment offers which looked attractive to me. Their price per gallon at the time that I called was also competitive, but again that could change and they could be the highest price per gallon next week. It's like gasoline. I gave a little bit of weight to price, but not as much as convenience.

They act like they are doing you a favor by selling you oil. For a big company- they shoudl have a transparent oil price-- but is varies based on who you talk to. DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR FIRST PRICE!!! However, i want to confirm that their service is very good.

They do a very good job. They do the work in a timely manner. We call them to do the work and they show up within two to three hours. They are fantastic. We are very happy with them. They are a little expensive, but it is worth the money.

They are wonderful! I would highly recommend them! I have dealt with them for over 30 years. They even came one time at midnight when I thought I smelled something. I have never been disappointing with them. They send someone right away when I call.

The came to check on the heating system when I saw the consumption was high and fixed it on the spot.

I will be using this company for oil for the year. Chris Seaboure was the salesman. He was nice to deal with and gave me a good price.

Their service is consistently good. I've used them since 1985 - they must be okay otherwise I would have replaced them by now. Cost is for contract and is per year.
