"Hi [Member Name Removed], I thank you for using our service and taking the time to post a review. I also wanted to thank you for inviting us back into your home after a successful 1st visit. I am so glad you thought the technician did a great job on October 18th. I wanted to address your concerns about yesterday's appointment. When you originally made the appointment 3 weeks ago we mentioned that you would be the second job for the day and his first job might go longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. We did try to change the appointment with you 2 or 3 times prior to the appointment in order to prevent this situation from happening. Each time we tried to reschedule you for another convenient time in your schedule we were told no. As luck would have it the original tech that was supposed to come to your home was caught up on his first job and he couldn't abandon the customer until the job was complete. If you happened to be in the first customer's situation I can assure you that you would have liked us to finish your project before leaving your home and heading to the next job. However, when we did call you we offered to send another tech to do the job you were looking to get done during the same date and time frame and you refused. The office did everything we could in our power to accommodate you. I can assure you that we are an extremely reliable service with numerous techs to help juggle any schedule conflicts that occur. I would love the opportunity to get you back on the schedule for an 8 am appointment to assure this never happens again. I can guarantee that the quality of technicians we have and the work they do are the best in the business. We pride ourselves on hiring great people. In your review your referenced that the job took a little longer than anticipated. I was hoping to give you the explication why. Home Depot is a great store for contractors for most items but when it comes to siding they have a very limited stock. Once the technician went to Home Depot to pick up the other material he needed for the job and discovered they didn’t have your siding in stock we needed to call around to local suppliers. The tech immediately called me once he found out Home Depot didn’t have the siding and I called you to make sure it was ok if we had to spend a little more time tracking it down. Once you gave me the go ahead we found your siding within 10 mins and had the tech pick it up. When I booked the appointment originally you told me that you had extra siding so we never thought we were going out shopping for it. I hope that clarifies why the time was a little longer than anticipated. Please feel free to reach out to me personally on your next project so I can make sure you are taken care of.
