Description of Work: John Register is prompt, professional and honest. We have used his appliance repair services for 25+ years and highly recommend him. On this specific call, he repaired a dish washer for us, replacing a part.

Description of Work: I had a problem with my dryer and he said it was the vent and proceeded to clean it and left all the stuff from inside the vent all over my patio outside and that was not the problem, I had people from GE come and it was my washer not spinning enough. Which I had asked about and he said no.

Description of Work: on 12/ 24/2012, the freezer of my 5 year old frigadaire refrig. stopped working. On 12/27/2012 i called john register appliance & service repair on most major brands 114 clearbrook drive rochester, ny 14609 phone; 223-1341 & 671-2785 john called back immediately. he came to my home on the next day, 12/28/2012. he determined the problem was the defrost timer, which he replaced. he told me that i might also need another part, but he didn't want to replace it unless it was necessary, and would not charge me for a return service call if was. can't be more honest than that! he also leveled the refrig. it was apparent that when charlott appliance & furniture store delivered the new refrig., it was missing the right "leg", which caused the refrig. door to not close properly. i give john an A+ rating for his promptness, professionalism, honesting. bja

Description of Work: Refrigerator was not working, light was on, but not cooling. He changed a part and cleaned underneath and BINGO all better!
