They were extremely reliable and provided exceptional service.  They paid attention to detail.  They definitely went the extra mile to do the job right.  They were excellent.  They were on time and professional.  They were detail oriented and hard working.  They were extremely honest.

I actually told all what needed to be stated above. Mendon Heating and Cooling has won me over. I quickly developed and great sense of confidence in the company and shall use them as my Heating and Cooling Service provider.

I can't speak highly enough about Bob and Mendon Heating. He replaced our old furnace (in 2002 ? ) after years of fine service on the old one. He installed a/c in 2005. We did get bids, and his prices are very reasonable. He has continued to provide maintenance but, unlike some providers, doesn't try to and quot;selland quot; you more than you need. Recently I called him to take a look at the rather complicated heating and cooling systems in a house we were considering buying with a view to converting from oil to gas. He spent a good amount of time at the house with me, provided an assessment of the issues involved, gave us an estimate of the cost of conversion, even drew to our attention issues we weren't aware of, and refused my offer to pay for his time - didn't charge us a dime, Remember, this wasn't a house we owned or were even sure we'd offer for. Dependable and prompt and super courteous. He is the best.

The additional things that the service worker did really stood out to me. He installed my unit on a slab and put mulch around it. He even came back at the end of the season and put a cover over the top of my outside air conditioning unit. The price was good and the service was excellent!
