I hired this company about a year ago based on the 5 star reviews that were posted. To make a long story short, I was initially satisfied with the work done on my garage until problems started to develop with bubbles and the tackiness of the epoxy witch turned brown. Several calls and texts were made with little or no responses or excuses. March came with Coved and texted John that when things started up again I would like him to come over to inspect the issue and I understood it would be a while before things got better. Fast forward to October. Texted and called him to come over several times with no response or he would try to come the following week, never came. Finally, I texted him one last time this December and told him I was dissatisfied with the unprofessional courtesy he was exhibiting and I would not recommend his company again. Would not you know it, he responded using Covid as an excuse and miraculously wanted to stop by being in the area. Amazing, after all that. Would not recommend using JB Epoxy at all.
