They did good work for me, but not the best.

They allowed us to choose which tile to place and the grout color. After the first day, when we found a few chipped tiles that had been already put down with mastic (that was our fault), they removed and replaced without any issues. Tiles look great now.

Overall went well. Our floor was very uneven which made the install a little tricky. On the first day, the two man crew (including owner) leveled the floor and cut door jams. They came back on day two and put the floor in. I would have liked the floor to have been leveled a bit better, but I think they did about as well as could be expected given the condition of the floor originally. One door was trimmed a bit too short, but no big deal.

We were very happy working with Richard Grana. First they came to pretreat the floor and level it out; it is a concrete floor, and was starting to crack. Then a few days later he and his partner worked through the whole weekend to finish the job. They were almost always here exactly when they said they would be. We supplied the tile, but much of it turned out to be broken, so he even went to Home Depot with us to buy the supplies we needed to finish. I highly recommend them.
