George Apap Painting

We were impressed by the professional experience we had with George Apap Painting from the initial estimate to walk thru inspection at the completion of the job. Each step was scheduled well in advance and any changes necessary, always communicated efficiently. we met with the foreman before the start of the job to review the scope of the project and any concerns we had. Each day, the crew arrived promptly to begin work.  The crew was always careful about our personal space which made for minimal disruption to our routine. Most importantly, the quality of work was excellent.  Everything was carefully covered or masked before painting and all the siding was properly painted. The end result was an excellent job. We were completely satisfied with the work and advice from George Apap Painting. The experience was seamless from start to finish even after the job was complete and paid for. Most importantly, we felt the the craftsman working on our project were genuinely concerned with the quality of the project. The results showed.

The outside of our house was long overdue for painting and staining.  In years past we did the work ourselves but now we needed someone to do the work. A friend recommended Apap Painting; she was extremely pleased with their work.  A very pleasant young woman,Nicole took my information,answered my questions and scheduled an appointment with the estimator Gary.  He was here on a Saturday and we had the estimate by Monday.  Matching the old colors was a challenge but it was resolved to our satisfaction and pleasure.  Due to rain, the project started a day later but I was called and given updates about start  time and crew.  The crew consisted of four men,,Arek,the foreman, Voytek, Shawn and Nick.  Arek kept us informed every step of the way. He made suggestions that improved the project and was always willing to listen and solve problems. The guys were here at 7am and worked atleast until 5pm. They even worked a half day on Saturday to stay on schedule. They worked the entire day breaking only for lunch or for soda or water.  Their work was professional, covering windows, doors, decks... removing or moving things and putting them back after painting. The guys worked so smoothly together we hardly knew they were here.  When I did talk with them they were always friendly and courteous.  The carpenter is scheduled to do a small job finishing a soffit and I'm sure we will be just as satisfied

They showed up on time every day and finished when they said they would. They taped and covered furniture, cupboards and floors every day. They also cleaned up their work areas every day . We did allow them to use one room to stage and store drop cloths and paint cans.
We knew exactly what we wanted done, including paint colors, and they presented a detailed estimate of the work and the price per room. They executed the plan and we are completely satisfied with their performance. We will be using the Apap team for future work.

This was a first-rate experience from beginning to end. the owners' commitment to excellence and customer service is obvious. On the walk-through prior to submitting their estimate, George made observations and asked questions that never even occurred to the other vendors. The job foreman, Arak, was terrific. His guys were incredibly neat and the workmanship was consistently first-rate.

My entire experience with George Apap Painting was excellent, from the point of scheduling my estimate online to speaking with the office staff and then working with the painters.  A true group of professionals!  Steve spent time reviewing my needs in each room and making recommendations so I would have the results I envisioned.  His estimate was detailed so I knew exactly what would be done. Nicole in the office made scheduling easy for me, accommodating the start time of the paint crew with my work schedule. Arek and his crew were awesome! Arek was prompt, friendly and took extreme pride in his work.  I had just replaced all of my flooring and carpeting in my house three weeks prior to this project.  Arek made sure his crew covered everything so my floors would be protected. Arek met with me every morning to review the prior day's work. It was clear that my satisfaction with their work was important to the entire crew. I really appreciated the communication and attentiveness this company provided. I plan to use them for future projects and would recommend them without hesitation!

They spackled and painted only using benjamin moore paint. They came out a day before reviewed the job with me. Double checked on items. Very impressed. Worth the money spent. Definitely recommend them.

Two years later and it still looks like new. The George Apap organization is professional. They work hard to ensure each job is well executed and each customer is happy with the experience.

Interior job was well performed.  Exterior a lot less attention to detail.  Property was missing.  Crew wasn't well managed.

Can't go wrong with these guys, Very professional, 3 generations in the family and the pride shows. They leave nothing to chance from upfront contracts and SOW's to clearly indicating color's finishes etc these guys are pro's. Had my son's room painted in Yankee pinstripes found a last minute dtail of the proportion and exact paint and finishes they only charged me the change in a new can of Paint. They cam out fantastic as everything did including coming back to resand a step and restaining on one that wasnt perfect. Scott and Steve made the experience a very good one and would recommend these folks to anyone doing any type on remodeling and need of top notch painters. Great job guys.

HPM, Apap's carpentry division, meticulously repaired the rotted, damaged and missing woodwork. They also installed the roofing.The painting crew did a BEAUTIFUL job painting the exterior.  Assistance was available to help us select the perfect, appropriate historic colors for our home. And I just have to stress how carefully the crew worked around our property. The took such care to protect and not damage the mature plantings around the house. They didn't squash even one  little bush and the site was neat and tidy through the entire process. They finished on time and the process went smoothly from start to finish.

APAP was punctual, fast and guaranteed their work.  Very professional.

I made a terribly upsetting mistake.  I wanted the work done in September; and when I saw that the start date was the 17th, I thought that was September.  I discovered that I was wrong when I called to confirm the appointment.  It is in October.   Nicole was so patient with my upset reaction, and over the next day, due to another client's need to move their start date to October. she was able to reschedule me.  I am thrilled with the care and attention I am getting - and will report more as the job proceeds.

We reached out to George Apap Painting to fix a botched interior job from another painter. The customer service at George Apap to set up the initial appointment was wonderful and the sales manager who came to our home this morning was fantastic -- on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and very responsive to our requests. We're looking forward to hearing from them on the particulars (scheduling, etc.), and we have every confidence the job will be great.

I have had my house painted at least six times and this was ,by far, the best experience I have had with a house painting company. Not only was there work excellent, their cleanliness and punctuality were excellent. If there was anything that I noticed not to my satisfaction . they responded immediately with no problems I would give the the highest recommendation possible

They were on time. They are really good with the time. They are really clean. The people that work with them have really good manners. They are really polite. I have a house with kids and they don’t have any problems with that. They finished everything in 2 days. They did a good job and we were happy.

Arek Radziszewski and his assistant David were great! As was the salesman who visited.  I had considerable trouble with the office staff in that the right hand didn't seem to know what the left hand was doing. This led to more phone conversations and email than I thought was necessary and insecurity about the firm.  But the actual guys who did the job were stellar.

I appreciated that the appraiser called ahead of time to alert me that he would be a few minutes late, upon arrival and the proper introductions he walked around my house taking notes and making questions to better understand my requirements. He prepared a draft estimate in a few minutes and said that he would send me by email the final estimate in a couple of days. He was very professional and knowledgeable, highly recommendable. I will review the estimate and will decide whether to go ahead with them. I will write a separate review on the quality of their work if I decide to go with them.

This company did a very good job.  They started the job on time and continued until it was done.  They painted a 4000 sq foot house in 6 days.  The price was reasonable.
