My garage door would not open so I called the number on a sticker next to the garage opener. It was after hours so I left my info and got a call back first thing in the morning. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and professional. She said someone would be there to fix the door within an hour. Sure enough, Bill and his coworker were there on time and immediately assessed the situation. Within 30 mins I had a working garage door. They were amazingly nice as well as efficient. They charged a fair price and my door is now working better than ever. I highly recommend Bill Driscoll Jr's Garage Door!!!!!

The job was done in a timely and professional manner. The staff were very helpful on the phone and were able to answer all questions to help us make a decision about which door to choose. The garage door was well priced. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with the results.

this is at least the third time that I have used this company and I only have great things to say about them. Great Work VERY reasonable prices and good solid advice.

Service professional showed up on time. Fixed both doors in a short period of time got both remotes to work. Reasonable price.

The technician, Brian, that came over quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me everything and explained
what needed to be done. He finished the whole job in one hour and it works perfectly now. The price was $!50
less than the nearest competitor and the job was expertly handled with a smile! And Brian, the technician, made sure
all remotes were programmed and that the system would work perfectly upon his departure. Which it does.
I had already spent $178 on a technician who did not fix the problem and wanted me to spend another
$600 to replace the system. No thank you. I'd use Reynolds any and every time.

The garage door stopped working. They came the same day; were prompt, efficient and courteous. It was very satisfactory experience.
We will definitely use them again.

The guy was fabulous. He was very professional and right to the point. He didn't waste time. He did what he had to do and got out.

I have been using Bill Reynolds since approximately 1989 when they first installed my current very large wooden double garage door.
I had no compaints about their services then, nor do I now. Over the years they have returned occasionally for general maintenance, some minor repairs and/or replacement parts. They respond promptly and schedule appointments to my convenience. This particular service was performed on the Saturday morning of Christmas/New Years week and was treated as any other work day. All of the representatives I have been in contact with have been courteous and professional and cheerful. Pricing is very reasonable.
The door is now again operating smoothly and quietly despite its age. I only regret I didn't call them sooner. My daughter and I tried to deal with the problem ourselves for a while hoping it would somehow magically fix itself.

This isn’t the first time we’ve used this company. They are a genuinely nice operation, with friendly service people who DON’T try and rip you off! The guy came, on time. Got the job done, advised on how to avoid problems in the future.
I wish all the service companies were run like this one.

Repair person was very punctual, had the necessary parts with him and repaired our garage door quickly and efficiently. Cost was in line with the repair, fair market value. Would definitely recommend their services and would definitely use them again if needed.

Very well. They were flexible with my time and the repairman showed up on time. He fixed the problem and explained how to do regular maintenance to avoid future problems. This is the second time I've used them (the first time was a different issue) and would recommend them.

They did a really good job. They were on time and they did the job in a timely manner. They were helpful with connecting me directly to the manufacturer for some questions they couldn't quite answer themselves. They were very fairly priced. They were also very knowledgeable about the difference in their materials.

I have dealt with more than my share of home improvement companies that have performed poorly beginning with not returning phone calls, not showing up for appointments and doing inferior work. We called for an estimate, they came promptly and ordered the doors we selected. The doors arrived in approximately 3 weeks as expected. A date and time was set for the installation. Our appointment was set for 8 AM, the installer arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently and was finished by approximately 3 PM.

I was very pleased with the quality of work this company does. My next door neighbors had their garage done by them and I was so impressed I thought I would do it to. They came out, did a fantastic job of taking out the old door, and put the new one in easily. I will be recommending them to everyone I know for now on.

THEY WERE GOOD, VERY GOOD. THEY'VE BEEN HERE ON OTHER THINGS, AND THEY WERE THE ONES THAT INSTALLED THE GARAGE DOORS WHEN I BUILT THE HOUSE. THEY CUSTOMIZED IT. THEY MADE A CUSTOM GARAGE DOOR FOR MY HOME. ANY TIME I'VE HAD ANY KIND OF AN ISSUE WITH THE MOLDING OR ANYTHING ELSE, THEY'VE RESPONDED. THEY'VE COME RIGHT OVER AND FIXED IT.

IT WAS GREAT. I LIKE THEM A LOT. EVERY TIME I USE THIS COMPANY, THE WORK THAT THEY DO IS TO MY EXPECTATION. IT IS ALSO BACKED UP BY RETURN SERVICE IF I AM UNHAPPY. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO DO SOMETHING.
