I am a firm believer that quality customer service no longer exist in the service industry, especially on Long Island; however, working with A & S Seamless Gutter Inc. has truly given me lots of hope. On the morning of Saturday, August 1st. I sent a text message to Henry, the owner of the company, at approximately 11:20am. Henry immediately responded to my text message and promised he would come by our home at 2:00pm the same day to review what had to be done. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. We reviewed what needed to be done, he gave me a price, I gave him a deposit, we shook hands and he promised he would show up on Monday, August 2nd. to do the job and we did not have to be home. He showed up on Monday, did all the work as agreed and even took away the old gutters. When I came home on Monday evening and inspected the work, I was thoroughly satisfied!! Somehow, I was not surprised because I got a very good feeling about Henry when we spoke on Saturday, I sensed his sincerity and honesty. Take my word for it!! I am a FANATIC about quality work and customer service and if you need to replace your gutters don't call any other company but A & S Seamless Gutter Inc. I am also a believer in always soliciting three bids; however, there was something very sincere, honest and decent about Henry. Additionally, I think his price was very reasonable in comparison to the competition. I have to say I love this guy and the service he provided. The words that come to mind when I think about A & S Seamless Gutter are, sincere, kind, professional, reasnable, punctual, honest and decent!! Don't call anyone else, I never did!! I recommend this company 100%.
