Very informative and helpful!

Very professional and hard-working, although the job turned out to be a bit more. They stayed until the job was completed. I will be calling them back in the spring to do some more work!

We scheduled an appointment between 9am and 2 pm. I confirmed it and drove 2 hours to meet them and at 2:10pm they called to cancel. Impossible to reach a live person. They promised to come but again failed to make the appointment and we wasted a day. They finally came and did the work but did not do what they were supposed to do. They took off a part of our chimney and did not put it back. We called, they did not call back, we are stopping payment and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Appear to have some scammers working here, who tried to convince me to have them perform unnecessary work that was not what I had them come out for in the first place. I suppose reasonable people can differ about the need for a chimney liner (though just see google to find out how common this scam is). What struck me most, however, is that I have never before had someone spend so long trying to convince me that I should not get a second quote for work that was not what I had them come out for, was not necessary, and that they wanted thousands of dollars for. Do not plan on getting a simple chimney sweep without a very hard sales pitch from these folks.

Brutal, avoid and don t even think about hiring them! Worse customer service I ve ever had to deal with, office people seem annoyed if you give them a call and show no concern what so ever what you want to talk to them about. Hired them to do a chimney cleaning, one of the workers broke the damper handle while doing the cleaning. Left voicemail, gave them a call about it several times during the almost two months after the incident and I ve yet to get the call back from the management that I ve been promised for 20+ times. Allen who was one of the workers left me feeling like I lied about the whole thing for then telling me he ll come and fix it, management just has to call me back to schedule it all. As previously stated, almost two months later, management seem to be lost the phone because I m still waiting for the call back!!!! Save your money and hire someone else!

They were very responsive but my fireplace issue was unusual and they were not able to help me. I did appreciate that they said to hold off on the chimney cleaning until I resolved the issue.

Hired Shamrock Construction to inspect our chimney. Peter indicated what needed to be done, options, and pricing. He re-pointed mortar, fixed top course of brick, sealed outside of chimney, replaced flashing. He discovered termites along one section of foundation and excavated around remaining perimeter of house to check for other termites/bugs; treated as required.  Peter has been in the construction business for 23 years and is technically knowledgeable.  He has a keen eye for areas that may have problems; investigated areas of concern, and showed what needed to be done. Am well pleased with work done by Peter for Shamrock Construction. Kept me updated as work progressed and was able to answer every question I had.  Would recommend Shamrock Construction to anyone looking for a reliable construction company.

They did very nice work on our chimney and cleaned up after themselves. Very profession and friendly.

Back this August of 2019 i had a liner installed with a cap. Last night it blew off. Today I left a message to have some one replace and securly anchor to chimney. I will give 5 stars if they reply and arrange for this problem. I don't want water going down the liner in the wall of my cracked chimney either.

My wife said they were extremely speedy in cleaning the chimney and pointed out some updates that were needed and took pictures so she knew what he was talking about.

Joe and Dallas went above and beyond. Working through a difficult unexpected problem and having to deal with a crawl space work environment.

Arrive to quote late in the afternoon. Offered a price reduction if we would start then. It went well after dark and I had to jury rig a couple of house lamps outside to see. We missed a couple of sport on a stone chimney, but the guys were very pleasant and did a pretty good job considering.
