First, the gentleman who came to the house was pleasant, polite and professional and completed the job as requested and I thank him for his work. HOWEVER, the prices for this company are OUTRAGEOUS. While he was here, I asked about possibly repairing the flap in the toilet tank that had come detached from the handle chain. He looked on his company's pre-printed checklist of jobs & prices and their quot was over $400!!! A toilet tank gizmo!!!! Not a new toilet tank, not a new toilet, not new pipes, not a new bathroom, just a toilet tank handle chain. B-bye.

I live in a gated community with 475 homes, I teach class at the clubhouse and I refer this company to everyone. They are one of the best companies I have had ever used living here for 15 years. My water heater exploded, 3 ft of water, they came within 15 minutes, dressed nice in uniforms with slippers over their shoes. They also took care of all the water damage, removed the rug. They put tarps down to keep the house nice while removing materials. So nice when you have such a disaster to have such a professional company. I recommend them to my clients all the time and everyone in my community. Even called the next day and came back to make sure everything was OK.
