Rakesh and the team were fantastic. I wanted to add dry wall and a door to create another division in my room and they delivered a beautiful job. They were polite and easy to work with, quick to come over and give me a quote, the price was fair and they finished the job fast without compromising the results! They really understood my vision and I didn't have to be on top of them to check the progress. They've got it! I'm so glad I chose them to help me, I wish I had called them sooner!

I have a big bedroom with a toilet and sink in it that I have been wanting to close for years making it into a smaller room and RD Construction were able to deliver it so beautifully. I wish I had called them sooner!! I explained what I wanted and they were able to deliver it without a problem. They worked a full day without me even checking on them once and I was so excited to see it at the end of the day because they really understood the assignment. They were so fast in replying to my messages, coming over to check out the space and to give me a quote. Plus their pricing was very competitive! They had to apply dry wall in 2 sides (in a slanted ceiling situation) and add a door. They finished the job in less than 2 days, left the room tidy with minimal dirt and dust and the finishing is great! They are such pleasant people to work with and I 100% recommend and will call again if I ever need more help!

Rakesh and Philip did an excellent job installing new sheetrock over original plaster ceiling. Their work was very neat and produced little dust. They did not rush through the job, but followed our requests and tackled each step carefully. First, they removed the entire length of our 84 year old original hardwood molding from the ceiling intact, and after some restoration work on nail holes, reinstalled it later. To mitigate dust, they wet sponge sanded the joint compound. They applied 2 coats of primer and let dry overnight before applying 2 coats of paint; again allowing each coat to dry overnight. Yes, this took extra time and the result is a beautiful new ceiling. I highly recommend them for drywall and painting. They were very professional- neat and responsive to our needs.

I have been calling Rakesk Doodnauth since April 20th, 2023 to complete the job that he started on Saturday, April 08, 2023. He has promised numerous times that he was coming and as of the date (May 20, 2023) he has not shown up. I am not happy with his services; there is paint on my coffee tables, and compound on my carpet despite the fact that I gave him two boxes of painter's plastic to cover the surfaces, etc. He doesn't keep appointments as scheduled or doesn't complete the task within the time frame agreed upon. He has a poor work ethic (he indicated that there would be more than two people working on the job) and is not punctual (lateness and didn't show up without calling). At this point, I am planning on hiring someone else to complete the job and pray that it turns out better. I will never hire this company again. I don't recommend him-Save yourself the headaches.

R.D Construction did a great job in my kitchen! Rakesh was very professional, quick and efficient. My white cabinets and backsplash tiles look beautiful! Rakesh and his worker were always on time. They worked hard, cleaned up and completed the job in a timely manner. Rakesh was very easy to work with. They were friendly and respectful. I highly recommend R.D Construction for general home repair needs.
