Roofing was great but issues now and response is not good. What does that mean for the warranty?

I had interviewed 5 roofing companies and decided on Ecua Carpentry and Construction. I am a single women on my own and while I had educated myself on possible problems with the roof, I knew to rely on a professional. William was very thorough and polite, never condescending nor did he make me feel as if I did not know what I was talking about. The work went like clockwork. The original work order was to rip the asphalt and see what was going on. As the crew ripped the asphalt off it became evident that additional work was needed. William promptly informed me of what was happening with my roof and worked within my budget to resolve. His team was especially professional, polite and clean! I am very pleased with the work performed and will definitely hire William and his crew again! Thank you Ecua!

Everything went well.  The contractor was prompt, gave us a good price, did the work to specs, cleaned up well.  Very happy.

Provider never came since they made up an excuse that it was too cold outside to go up on our roof..
They never called to tell us this.  We only found out after we called them after my husband took two hours off
from his private practice to be home.  This is my SECOND bad experience using Angie's List in a very short time.

He was very professional and very pleasant.  He lived up to what was expected in our Big Deal purchase.

William was prompt in all the meetings we had to discuss the project. He and his crew showed up promptly on the day we had scheduled.

William is outstanding. His work and that of his crew is exceptional. He can handle any contracting job expertly. He installed molding for us (crown, base, chair rail), a tile floor, closets, carpentry, a patio, sheetrock replacement, painting.

William was the only roofing company we got an estimate from that actually went up on the roof to inspect.  His price was not the cheapest nor was he the most expensive but his attention to detail was the best.  He actually took me up on the roof and showed me where the problems were instead of just looking from the ground, taking a measurement, and leaving.
The job itself went great.  They arrived early Monday morning and finished by Friday with a massive rain storm in the middle.  They left our yard cleaner than it was when they arrived and pretty much worked straight through the day, every day.  Every time I went out there with a questions, they explained what they were doing.
We re-used the original gutters and his guys made sure they they were not damaged when they took them down.
They finished the roof and the dumpster was removed the next morning.
There was a small issue with the ridge vent installation that his guys overlooked / forgot about that I pointed out and William sent his guys back 2 days later on a Sunday morning to fix it.
I have no complaints at all and really could not be happier.  I can't speak for the long term quality of their work since only time will tell but everything looks great and seems to be done correctly.  I would highly recommend him and would use him for any other projects I have.

The company provided a quick and thorough estimate, showed up on time as promised, did the whole job in 1 1/2 days - a spectacular job. I am more than well-satisfied, 5 stars.
