Priced fairly. Lawn looking so much better after only the second season of applications! The heads up phone call for upcoming arrival is very helpful! No pressure sales is appreciated. Technicians have all been very personable and friendly and do a perfect job! Branch # 5515Brenda Zarkovich announced her arrival and departure, was so nice and did a perfect job!

I originally had Scotts lawn service, TrueGreen bought them out. I did not care for the services 1) they left plenty of fertilizer pellets on driveway and sidewalk, 2) applied fertilizer just before a thunderstorm, washed away a lot of it into the storm sewer, and 3) Scotts would leave bill at the door, pay it, no problem. It took TrueGreen about 7 to 10 days to send the bill through the mail, which the payment would be late with in a couple of day of receipt. All these lawn services have automatic renewal, TrueGreen gave me a real bad time trying to cancel the service. I will never ever consider them again !

The quality is very good. I like the technician that I have. He’s very knowledgeable. He answers all your questions and gives you good advice. I have to tell them I want that technician or I wouldn’t use them again. It takes him probably within a half hour. It’s an acre. Cleaning up after himself is fine. No problem.

I am a little disappointed because I had crabgrass and I still have crabgrass. I also have stickers. They just come when they come. They are very professional; I can't complain about that. They are super-polite. They just come, do their thing and don't bug me. So far they have proven to be the best but I wish they could get rid of those stickers.

They don't mow the lawn or trim the shrubbery. I don't know what they did not do right this time but  the color is gone in my lawn. My lawn is, like, brown. Some of that may be coming from watering and not watering enough. It is a little more than that so they are coming back out to re-treat it for free. They are pretty good, so I am just going to see what happens. My lawn is usually a real plush green and very nice but for some reason this year it is not doing well. There is a little crabgrass so they are going to come out and treat it for free. The price may be a little high. They apologized and I don't know what happened. I have had them for about 15 years and this is the first time I have had a situation.

I did not like them.  They started out at one price and then they increased the price but they could not tell me the reason why they increased the price.  I talked to the supervisor and I never got a straight answer from them, they said that they will call me back.  I never had problems with their service, it was their price that I had problem with because I could not understand why their price suddenly went up in the middle of the year.  When I told them that I don’t want to use them anymore because of the price increase, they seem to accept it.  It seems that their prices did go up but I should have been notified first.  It went up substantially, it went for $15.  I consider a lot of money.  It started out to $45 then it went up to $59.  The service was very good and I was pleased with the service.  Something happened but I’m not sure what it was.

I sign up for the year for a certain amount. I have used them for 3 years now. This year has been good, I have no dislikes, and I am a pain too.
