AESTHETIC ACCENTS

I called Tom to get an estimate. He setup a date and time to meet at my home. He called to confirm the appointment. Showed up as scheduled and provided an estimate that day. We scheduled a start date 3 -4 weeks later. Tom kept me informed as to the start date. He arrived as scheduled and did an extremely professional job. We are very pleased Tom, with his work and his very fair price. We will definitely use his services in the future.

He had done a variety of other jobs for us - basement drywalling, 1/2 bath, tiling, and replaced posts on our front porch - all jobs were handled in the same professional, high quality manner. Tom is excellent at customer service and listening to what his customers really want. He makes suggestions about current trends, smart choices for the specific space, and cost-saving methods. In addition to being professional, curteous, punctual, and experienced, he's trustworthy (we left our house open for him each day while we went to work), honest, and respectful. Even though it was a complete tear out down to the studs and sub-flooring, he took care to make sure the amount of dust was contained to the work area, he covered all the traffic areas so as not to damage our floors. He tiled the floor, painted the walls, installed tub/shower, did the plumbing, installed an extra large medicine cabinet and light, and added crwonmolding. The work was spectacular! It was a true pleasure working with him and for any future jobs we will definitely offer the job to Tom!
