Fernando and team just completed our full gut bathroom renovation. • They started when they said they would • They finished when they said they would • They came every day on time. This alone is worth five stars. But there’s more! They took the time to do the extra detail my wife requested in the finish work; and did it very well. They laid down protection before they started, they cleaned up well when they were done. We love the way the bathroom came out and are looking forward to our next project

fernando and his team did a great job installing a wooden stockade fence including a retaining wall in the back of the yard. they did a thorough clean up when the work was completed. i would highly recommend.

Fernando and his crew were very diligent in their work. They arrived on time and began working quickly and cleaned up each day. They were knowledgeable about the job and answered all of our questions. Fernando and his crew were polite and easy to deal with. We had absolutely no problems during our 2 bathroom renovations . Excellent workmanship!

We have used M.I. for our coop building as well as apartment. The work has been of good quality and fair price. The owner answers calls and is available evenings and weekends. They are also one of the cleanest contractors even on messy jobs. We plan to continue to use them going forward for small and big jobs for our building. Highly recommended.

My job was a full gut renovation of my bathroom. Fernando is very knowledgeable and was patient with all of my questions. Job was done beautifully, workers were on time and I would definitely use this company again.

They are good, professional and understand the need to work with the client on color, style, etc. They did a great job in tight, less-than- favorable working conditions. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. But it is busy season and they got a little distracted toward the very end of the job.

Fernando and his helper, Johnathan are hard workers. They arrived on time.There always cleaned up at days end.. Fernando was always very helpful in providing samples of options for the project. My experience was very pleasant. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. Price was right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who calls me.

Absolutely recommend them. Fernando was on time and on budget. He was not only very knowledgable but he was careful and neat. The cleanup impressed me. He installed a cedar rail fence and it is straight and lovely. If you need a fence, or other small work done- do give them a call.

Fernando was truly a welcome relief from the typical "contractor experience." He was on time every day, he finished the project when he projected that he would, he did impeccable work and is one of the most personable, down to earth kinda guys you'd ever want to meet. He provided us with good alternative ideas, listened to ours and was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend him to all of the other homeowners that we know in our neighborhood!...without a second thought.
