About us

Family owned and operated licensed business for over 20 years. We perform full service inspections at a fair price and include a FREE termite inspection. We like our clients to be on the inspection with us and will gladly answer any questions they may have. Our clients receive a written report at the end of the inspection that we will go over with them. We love to do what we do and we are available 7 days a week.

Our home inspector, Les Jansen was wonderful. He was on time and was an absolute professional from start to finish. The inspection took around 1.5 - 2 hours to complete and he would explain everything in detail and even explain things to me that I would never had known or I would never have asked about. His information was so valuable that I recommend him and this company to everyone who needs a home inspection done. I've been through two home inspections and neither come close to giving you your moneys worth as A-1 does. Highly recommended!

A-1 is a great family owned business. Not only were they able to get my inspection done on short notice, they were able to do so on a sunday. They provided a thorough interior and exterior inspection of the property and included a termite inspection/report as well. Anthony Jr was friendly and professional and had the benefit many years of home construction knowledge that he could apply to the inspection. Hopefully I won't need their services again soon but I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.
