installation went really well . We are pleased with the equipment and the way it was installed the unit is working very well ,and has already reduced our electricial usage from our last bill.

I called Monday morning and was scheduled for an appointment that afternoon, I told them it wasn't an emergency, but they said it was a quiet day. I work until 4pm, so made the appointment for 4:30pm, when I got home at 4:25pm there was a message from Shane to call him, I did at 4:30 and he was there about 10 mins later. It took him about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and intall the new breaker. He showed my husband how to clean the outdoor unit as he said it was very dirty. I would definitely call him again with any future HVAC issues. His receptionist was pleasant and he was prompt and professional.

I was very satisfied with the installation of the new furnace and A/C. The installer was prompt, courteous and professional. I would surely recommend Shane and Son's to anyone who is in need of a new furnace and A/C. The installer took time to explain what was being done and also explained how to use the new digital thermostat. The system is working well and was installed just in time for the hot summer.

Shane & Son's Heating and Cooling were supposed to come back and check the generator and haven't done that, which is a little disappointing. The Technician was very nice and very professional. He was on time and emptied the dehumidifier for me without being asked, which was very nice. I was very impressed with him until they didn't come back and check the generator, despite two or three phone calls. They said they'd call me back and never did so I ran out of time. As far as I know, the work seems to be great and the professionalism was good. The price was good too.

I've found him to be punctual, friendly and thorough whenever he's worked on our furnace. Hisk price for a clean and check is the best price in town. Will continue to use.

They came, tuned up our furnace for the winter, cleaned all the ducts and sanitized. Very professional. Family owned and operated. I liked how prompt and professional everything was from taking the call to sending someone out. The price was fair and we are now enjoying our warm home with clean ductwork. Highly recommend them.

They charged $350 to get it fixed. The hot water heater quit so we needed a new one. We were thinking about getting a tankless one. He said that he would put it in for $3400 or said that we could go with what we had now for the same price. I was upset that he was trying to upsell me on the services. I had Falso put in the exact same one for $1700.

Shane arrived on time, calling before hand, as I'd requested. He was very polite and professional,completing the work promptly and efficiently. Since he had also previously repaired my furnace, he quckly inspected the repairs to make sure that everything was in order. I will definitely use his services again.

I had several agents come over to give their presentations and appraisals for the job; but I chose Shane and Sons because they had the lowest appraisal, they were family owned, local, and had a long history here in the area. I will mention one bad experience with the Sear's agent. He was very pushy when it came to my making a commitment on the spot. I got so annoyed with him that I finally asked him to leave. David showed up on time (9 a.m.) and just went right to work. I was surprised that it only took one person to install a 2 ton AC unit, but he seemed to have no problem with it. He was here for about 4 hours and everything was done professionaly and neatly. It's been too cold yet to test out how well the AC performs, but I'm sure it will be adequate for the Summer. I really have nothing negative to say about the whole experience and as an additional bonus (at my request) Dave cleaned the furnace at no extra charge.

I requested a service call to clean and check the furnace. Shane performed the service and pointed out that the igniter was getting close to being in danger of failing. He took it out to show me and I agreed that he should replace it. Fortunately he had a new one in his truck. He was efficient, professional and very pleasant, and his fees were much more reasonable than I'd been paying others in the past.

The price of the furnace was wonderful. The workmanship installing it was wonderful. We got free duct cleaning with it. When I call for a service, Shane is cheerful and comes right out. I'll be calling him this week to look over the furnace again. The price is pretty good. They do a good job for a reasonable amount of money. They are quick to respond.

Shane is a great guy to work with and comes recommended by the previous owner. His work is quality and efficient. His crew is polite and effective. Prices as with any purchase are expensive but you get what you pay for - good service and equipment that has clearly cut the cost of my utilities. I have now had two furnaces replaced along with two AC units - big house. I had one emergency call for his services just after moving in and he completed a temp fix without charging me extra. Also had a situation where the old AC unit didn't work and he troubleshot the problem and repaired a wire without charging me - although it lead me to replace the entire unit because of its age and efficiency. Not only a good shop to work with but a nice guy!

I called him and he came over and said he could put a new tank in for $3500.00 (same unit). I called around and another company (Falso Heating and Sheat Metal) could do it for $1700.00. I feel like he was trying to take me for ride when another company can do for half the price, i feel like he saw me as an opportunity to make some easy money.

Arrived on time and prepared to work. Explained when water would be turned off and when I needed to step outside when new units would be turned on. Original estimate was 2 days to install everything and all work was done in 1 ten hour day. Cleaned up well after and returned promptly the next day when I called had questions and concerns. Water was very hot.
