"Dear client, So sorry to hear that we were unable to meet your needs. I don’t see where we provided a detailed job propsoal for work at your home. Looks to me that we were unable to meet your time lines this time and in the past so we were unable to even send a customer service rep to your home. We usually have a back log of work of 3-4 months at all times. I am sorry to hear we could not help you. This might be just a timing issue between your schedule and the work load that Ivy Lea has. Maybe in the future call Ivy Lea 4-5 month before when you would like the service you are looking for performed. Mike T is correct, we can have a customer service rep come out to look at your home to produce a proposal for you, but unfortunately he is correct we might not be able to get to you home till next year. I am not sure of the work scope you were looking to have us perform for you? I would disagree with you that we do not like to perform small jobs. We actually do a lot of smaller project each year. We can handle the smallest service call to large scale projects and everything in between. Sorry to hear you are done calling ivy Lea for your home improvement needs. I see that you were unable to make this meeting, and the gentleman who met our customer service rep was not entirely sure of the scope of work you wanted Ivy Lea to perform. Sounds to me we were also confused as to what you wanted from ivy Lea. I had a chance to read over the proposal that was mailed to you, it was confusing. Did not proceed with the work. I can't comment on their quality, but at those prices it should be perfection. Get other estimates.
