- Walked me through step by step of what was going to happen.
- Had an appointment to pick out everything for the bathroom. While this sounds like fun, it is very stressful and the team that I was working with could tell I was getting stressed and changed the way I was picking out each item. Then it all came together and I left very happy.
- Started a week earlier than they gave me.
- Had a lock box on the house, never saw the crew, but they left everyday with a very clean area.
- It almost was like Christmas when I came home from work to see what was done each day.
- Called me when they found an issue, (I knew they would find something) walked me through it and told me what they were going to do to fix it.
- Office called me to let me know when they would be back.
- Little did I know, my neighbor was keeping an eye on what was going on and told me after the end of the project that they were very professional while they were at the house.
- They told me the job would take 2 1/2 to 3 weeks and they were right on.
Everything new was put in. I didn't originally have a medicine cabinet, and they put one in. I wanted a corner shower, which the plumbing would have to go on an outside wall, so additional insulation and changes needed to be made to protect the plumbing from the cold. They suggested to put in a smaller vanity to give me more room in a very small bathroom, and it looks fantastic.
The bathroom is more than I thought it would be. Absolutely love it. I show it off any chance I get.
This is the second major project I've had Ivy Lea do and again, they made the job stress-less.
