We called for new gutters and Nick was able to come out within the week. The contract was fair and the work was performed promptly. The gentlemen that did the repairs we extremely unprofessional. They swore like sailers and we smoking on the job. Very frustrating with a Toddler in the the house. Never the less the work was done and done quickly. Everything was great except they have been leaking since we got them. We called twice on the issue and Nick finally came out and "fixed" the issue, just slapping more caulk on the corners. I was told that the pipes fill up with ice and thats what causes it to LOOK like they are leaking but actually overflowing over the top if the gutter... But the icicles were only coming out of the corners. They were an absolute mess and very sloppily done. We gave up on contactingthe company as they just didnt care to deal with these issues. You live and you learn and get what you pay for, learned this the hard way. We have since fixed it on our own. Leaks a lot less now...

"We have no record of this person as a customer of ours....and our guys our very personable...so she obviously has us mixed up with someone else. If her corners did leak...we would have adressed it as we have a labor warranty....sound like she has heat loss issues which cause ice....and is just trying to blame the poor gutter guy.....it wasn't us though!!"

I had some special requests and they took care of them for me. The salesman and I went over the whole job. He was upfront in telling me that they were busy and it would take a while. They were right on time with his timing estimate. His crew was excellent. Paul and Shawn had all their notes from the salesman. They were all on the same page. We tweaked some things upon them showing up. They cleaned up very well and did an excellent job. I recommend them highly. They were terrific.

Old gutter fell off house that was installed by previous owner. I was able to schedule an appointment within the same week. Guy came to the house on time and did the job without any issues. He informed me that the old gutter fell because there wasnt enough support brackets. The new gutters have much more support. Overall experience was great. Would call them for business again.

Called Gutter King on a Friday, estimate provided the following day, with the work done within a week. We were out of town when the work was done, but except for the new gutter, you couldn't tell they were here. We just had a big thunder storm and guess what?No leaking gutter and no flooding problem! I would recommend Gutter King to anyone. Great job King!

They came earlier than expected on the day scheduled and we were not ready for them. There were other workers in the house at the time who needed to turn off the water supply. They waited patiently for a while and then decided to fill a bucket with water and pour it in the downspouts. This was after removing some leaves by hand. I did not see them take a ladder, so I asked them how they got up to the gutters and they said they used a ladder in the back yard that the painter had left. I can't believe they did all the gutters in a few minutes with their hands and a bucket of water and I was not about to get on a ladder to check. So, it remains to be seen, as God only knows, if they actually cleaned my gutters. I am not sure if I will use the company again. I will know after the first big rainstorm if my gutters were properly cleaned.

"Member, I am sorry we came earlier than your planned time....the guys were running ahead of schedule and iffelt it was ok to do the job without full runing water. Please allow me to explain our procedure to you. If you havev a walkable roof, we put a ladder up and can usually navigate the whole roof from that point. All the debris is removed by hand and bagged. We then flush the downspout to make sure it is not clogged. It sounds like they did a resourceful thing by using buckets to verify your elbows were clear. This procedure I am sure slowed them up considerably and would probably have preferred to have the water on, but this was not possible. They made a judgement call that your gutters would be cleaned properly. They know our standards are such that if something isn't done properly that they would have to return on their own time, and decded to clean them with water, even when the plentiful amount of it wasn't available. Our guarantee has and always will be that we stand behind our work 100%, and can only assume the job was done properly, as we have not heard from you to this day....and it has rained a considerable amount since then. We would have been more than happy to send out a supervisor had you expressed your concern....and would have gone up to verify for you. Most gutter cleaners don't even use water, so rest assured knowing we gave you a top notch cleaning and can be assured of the same the next time you use us. Thank you for your business"

They showed on time and called us the night before. There was no too much to clean but they unplugged two of the downspouts we cannot reach. They also made recommendations regarding a gutter that was not angled properly and the need for an additional downspout. They gave me a quote for it but also quite honestly remarked that the gutter will work fine the way it is (despite of holding some water). They also advised against just installing the additional downspout as it would jus ruin our flowerbeds if not connected to the sewer. So service was fast - 15- 20 min, they did what I wanted and their estimate and recommendations were honest and reasonable.

It was a very good experience. The guy met with my husband when he said he would and so far the gutters are working. The price was reasonable and comparable to others. They had weather issues to deal with because it is hard to put gutters up when it is raining and that is the only issue we had.

Two young men came out and cleaned the gutters and down spouts in a very short period of time. Very courteous and friendly and gave some ideas about what would help in the future upkeep of the gutters. Good service.

Gutter King provided a quote over the phone, and was able to schedule the job for the following week. They came and did the work, and cleaned up after themselves very well. They left a quote for further repairs of $800 on the gutters based on what they found - I have just purchased the house and have not yet decided if I will have the repairs done this season. If I do, i will definitely consider calling Gutter King to do them.

I called the main number and left a message. My message was promptly returned and was given a price over the phone. They're able to look at the property by a search on the internet (very cool!). I was told I was scheduled for sometime in the coming week, and someone would call to confirm the day before. I got a call from Nick on Wed. to confirm for Thurs. They couldn't do the cleaning on Thurs. due to rain, but Nick promptly called me to let me know, and that they'd be out on Friday. Came home from work on Friday, and my gutters were clean. Totally painless, loved the responsiveness and follow-up!

They came on Wednesday to clean the gutters. They were prompt and very quick. They gave us an estimate to repair two areas that had fallen into disrepair. They came back the next day to do the work they suggested. We had a strange configuration of guttering in one area on our roof, they repaired it and we haven't had any problems since.
