I had them out here and as far as I can tell, they did fine. They had to wait for all the leaves to fall off, and so they came out in late October. I really wanted to have the work done when I was here, but they came when I was out. They didn't call ahead, because they had a small window, but I did have a question when they were done, and they got me to their contact very quickly, and he called me back within a couple of hours to clarify the work that he did. I was real pleased with them. The follow up questions were handled very well. I think their price was competitive. I thought they were very professional, and I would use them again.

Gutterking has always been reliable and gives one of the best services .They go above and beyond other companies with their trained experts. Josh the foreman was professional and his crew did a thorough job. We had issues created from the long winter and they cleared it up with no charge. They clean down spouts which many companies do not do . I would hire them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional company.  On service visit they determined the ladder they brought was not tall enough.  They came back the next day (a Sunday) with a taller ladder.  No additional charge.

The person showed up on time.  He just asked me what I wanted done but did not provide too much of his own input.  He said he would have an estimate to me soon, and after two and a half business days I still have not received one.

Everything went perfectly, Nick was great. Punctual, responsive, courteous, excellent work. Our neighbors have used him as well, and were equally pleased.

Initially responsive for scheduling site visit and estimate. Agreed on time, with one-hour window. Gave phone number for call 10 minutes beforehand. Contractor never showed, never called, no follow-up. (we all understand that things happen; but really? no response at all???)

My sense was that while work was performed, and certain concerns were answered, the company's scheduling needs and concerns took priority over those of the customer.  I do not pretend to be any kind of expert in gutters and most of the gutters seem to now be working fine but one of biggest concerns (gutter nearest my main entrance) was answered with dismissiveness and not resolved to my satisfaction.  I actually would give them a B-.

First appointment rescheduled due to weather. Arrived early for 2nd appt after calling to see if that was ok. both workmen were very polite & efficient. Explained why gutter system didn't function as it should ( improper installation of capped gutter system.) and what could be done to correct the problem. recommended replacement and aprox cost. Cleaning was done in a workman like manner.

Staff phoned with an estimate the same day I initially called.  They
used Google Earth, to view the house.  They told me they would phone 48
hours in advance of service.  They phoned 2 days in advance.  That
morning, Nick (the owner) phoned to alert us what time we should expect
service.  They arrived promptly with a 4-man crew and completed cleaning
on my 2-level home in 30 minutes.  They scraped the debris off the
roof, cleaned out the gutters, bagging all of the debris and ran water
through each of the gutters to insure clean passage.  I thought the pricing was very fair and their service was exceptional.

There were 3 guys who did the work, and the 1 guy (maybe the supervisor) was very nice and asked me first about how I wanted one of the gutters installed before just going ahead and doing differently than how it was first attached.  I liked that, because I ended up not having it changed so glad he asked.  However, they were done with all the installing of the 3 gutters, the reattaching the other gutter, and "supposedly" all the cleaning of the downspouts (and I have 8 on my house) within 30minutes or less.  So I went out there and asked them if they cleaned every gutter (which I have at least 6 that weren't newly installed) and they said yes.  And then I said did you clean all the down spouts and they said yes.  But the hose wasn't hardly out of it's reel and they couldn't reach the back of the house with the additional hose put on so I know for sure they didn't clean the back downspouts.  Plus there wasn't any water from the hose around any part of the garage or house???  So I doubt they did that.  I think they installed the new gutters and cleaned the one they repaired and that was all.  And I paid $600 for this service.  Way over priced and way too fast for the work to be done in accordance with what they said they would do for that amt.

Followed up on inquiry, quickly and with good advice.

Very professional.  Paul called me to make sure he was at the right house.  I asked him to look into a problem I was having with a down spout.  He fixed it for me and left a note describing what he did.  Nicole in the office is very good about getting back to you when you call too.  I will use them again in the spring to see what gutters need to be replaced.  Thank you!!!

I had to wait about 3 wks for service because they have a very busy season.

Very quickly and all gutter garbage was bagged during the cleaning.  Nothing was on the ground.  Very neat.

Having purchased an old house in the city, we soon discovered that the gutters and downspouts were solidly clogged. I called Nicole at Gutter King (she is a joy to speak with, by the way), and the work was done for me in only a matter of days. The work took less than thirty minutes, and everything is working like new again. And the two gentlemen who came out to do the work were smiling, respectful, and knew what they were doing. Period.
I would certainly work with Gutter King again.
NOTE: I do have a slate roof, and the people from Gutter King were clear about the work they can and cannot do for a structure such as mine.

I thought I needed to replace the gutters but - very honorably I think - they told me I just needed a good cleaning to get rid of some blockage.

I was unhappy with the job as first performed because the replacement board was cut short about 1/2 inch on each end...it should have made a  tight butt joint against the wood that remained in place. To me this looked like sloppy workmanship...it was obviously not done right but it was left that way.
I can't be sure but it looked like they came with one piece of replacement wood, measured wrong (short) but put it up anyway.
I sent an e-mail with photos to Nick and he responded promptly, agreed that it should not have been left that way, and sent people out to fix it in a couple days. Once that was done I was satisfied with the end result.
I give a grade of B because I was ultimately satisfied with the work done but it wasn't done right the first time. An A would have been the final result but done the first time.
I would, however, call Gutter King if I needed work done in the future. I liked the quality of the replacement gutter and the method used to attach it to the house, using screws instead of nails.

They did a great job, showed up promptly, within a week of calling for service, and the price was definitely worth me not having to climb up on the roof myself!

He found that the drip edge was too short for the type of gutter that was installed.  He cleaned all gutters as well.

Nick called me because he was running early, to make sure it was okay that he came over early. When he arrived he got right to work fixing my gutters. He had some recommendations for making the gutters work better which involved moving the downspout over a few inches. Nick completed the work quickly and professionally and because it took less time than they estimated, the final bill was less than their quote.
