About us
We are primarily a commercial refrigeration and air conditioning service company. However we do install residential central air and heat pump systems and specialize in geothermal. Our technicians are especially qualified in proper installation and service of these systems due to our expertise in refrigeration. We have eight technicians and seven fully equipped service vans covering Northern New York. Our labor rate is currently $92 per hour. Time is charge one way, to the job, and the minimum charge is 1 1/2 Hours or $138. We are EPA certified to handle refrigerant. There are no other license requirements for this trade in New York State.
