I did not know I had to report hitting a guardrail to the insurance company, so I waited until August to have my car fixed. When I called John he asked me if I had a claim number from the insurance company - so I contacted the insurance company who wasn't sure if they'd pay for the repair or not because I reported it so late. But, because John told them that I had told him that I didn't know I had to report it -- they believed me, thank God, and paid for the repair.

John's Babbsco Carstar Collision repaired my car so beautifully that, once it was fixed, everyone asked me if I had bought a new car!!! It looked beautiful.

My car is beautiful!! You would never have known that there was damage to it at all. John went above and beyond, checking the inside of the door and replacing a speaker that had been cracked during the hit and run. I am SO pleased. I hope I never need to use a collision shop again, but if I do, I'm going right back to Carstar!
