They were non-responsive and waited almost 2 months to tell me they couldn’t fulfill my contract. I’ve asked them to refund me my deposit but they haven’t done so yet.

We placed an order for the window and then we were informed by Pella that they could not fulfill the order timely; due to manufacturing delays. They are very professional, the person I dealt with was Raj, they were timely they were amazing and I have never dealt with a better company. They did everything within my budget and they did a extra work and everything was great. They are licensed in the State of New York. Thank you guys! Raj and his team did an excellent job pointing the brick under the stairs of my house. It stopped a water intrusion issue that had been going on for a long time. They also replaced some sidewalk squares. That work was pretty good but not as neat as I would have liked. They did not always respond quickly (within 2 days) to let me know when they would be on site.

They promised they do good work and wouldn't need to return. The roof has had problems since they did the job. Now we have water damage on the top floor and the worst part is they never return your call. They promise to stop by and never call or reschedule. I even got Raj on the phone and he claimed to take another call then hung up on me and didn't return my call. I am filing an official complaint because this has been going on for months without any response. We paid them a hefty fee and they do not honor their work. Don't be mislead by their five star rating. Highly disappointed.

We first contacted Zicklin Construction about water damage on the second floor of our 90 yr old brick house. The response was quick and the problem turned out to be brick issues around the windows. Raj explained it very clearly , pointed it on the wall and documented with photos. He laid different plans for how much work and the costs, clearly delineating what would be good options and what were necessary ones. At all times Raj, the manager and the crew were careful , conscientious and personable. So when we had a sudden big roof leak, we thought only of Zicklin. Again, Raj outlined strategies on how much work we wanted to do and the concomitant expenses. He always explained and documented the roof issues. We decided on complete replacement. We asked Raj about our deteriorating retaining wall in the backyard. The same professional discussion ensued. Throughout all the work we have had done - window lintels, roof replacement, brick sealing, retaining wall repair and stuccoing- Raj was helpful, accommodating to our schedule, professional and really a pleasure to work with. The crew, headed by Ali was super. The work they did through recent heat waves was astounding. Ali consulted me throughout to explain what was being done and my preferences and always checked in at the end of the day.He suggested things that improved accessibility that I would never have thought of and have been a real help. He was always gracious and helpful. I know that in the future, whatever work I have done around the house, I will call Raj. I could not be happier with the quality of the work and my dealings with Raj, Ali and his crew. Many thanks

I have a 150 year old house with a brick wall that needed to be repaired. It was hard to find a good company, but I found this one. It was a very hard project to do, but they did a great job. I didn't have any problems and they did a really good job. I am very grateful. They complied with local laws and landmark criteria. They were outstanding. Thank you to Zicklin Construction

They replaced about 3000 sq ft of pointing, 1500 sq ft of brick replacement, some stones in the interior, and some exterior painting work. Very reliable and completed the work quickly, They were very nice, trustworthy, personable, and very professional. Everything was done on schedule and was on point. They were outstanding on all platforms.

He was very thorough and did a great job. It is hard to find a contractor for historical landmarks. They followed all of the guidelines needed. I will be using him for other things in the future. He communicates well, we got everything done on time and overall it was a great experience.

He did work on a historical landmark, did the asbestos, filing, took care of all the permitting and licensing! Accurate with his work, pricing, on point, smart guy, and a very accommodating nice guy! He worked safely, checked up to make sure all his workers were on point! The work he did looks amazing!
