I am so glad we went with Zicklin Contracting, Lori the office manager was extremely responsible and very helpful. Most contractors didn t really have a good understanding of the type of work that needed to done. I received a call within 1 day to set up the estimate process. They listened to my needs and understood our building policy s. It s hard to find a company like Zicklin in NYC. We had our top floor done and waterproofing with our old building roof walls. The roof was redone and we we re very impressed by the roofing system that was placed down. This company is very knowledgeable, reliable and most important professional. All work areas would be covered everyday and debris removal. Thank you so much I would recommend anyone to go with Zicklin with you want your project to be stress free. Chambers

Great experience working with this company, I had my entire roof replacement for our building and rebuilt a veneered wall. Our entire management with very impressed with Zicklin. The most important things to me were completed project on time and excellent work. Passed all inspection and the crew very experienced. Fully insured and licensed as well. I would definitely looking toward to hiring them next project coming in 2020. Thank you Zicklin.

I hired Zicklin to replace my roof and install new siding and insulation . Workers were very polite and paid attention to every little detail and the work/job was delivered as promised . Kept a safe and clean work area and removed all garbage on the same day once finished. Raj is great; Heâ s a very smart, knowledgeable And passionate in his field . He' I read some bad reviews about this company. I asked Raj he explained them to me. I looked then up on BBB, they have no complaints-active. They are fully insured and licensed. Thank you so much. I had spoke with Raj initially. After signing the contract the workers that showed up did not do the work that was written on the contract. They ended up digging a few inches into my wall, and on the contract is stated 5/8 inch. Raj had said he would be onsite an hour after the work began, but didn't show up until well after his workers had left for the day. I was assured the repair they were doing would hold by the workers, and when Raj showed up after, it had already fallen out. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The reason we didn't anticipate this issue was because your property was recently developed in the past ten years. It's extremely unlikely and very uncommon to have waterproofing issues. As soon as we noticed this issue, we informed you and quoted for a change order. Even after the initial work was performed, we refunded your entire amount via a certified check and I Raj, personally dropped off the check. We pride ourselves on our services and the high-quality standards we maintain and would always like to make things right."

This review is for the tasks of brand new roof installation, 3000 square feet//placed 8 windows//new parapet wall. They were highly professional, they were very trustworthy, very courteous, Raj is great to deal with, the timing was work, everything was done accordingly to the contract, the price was great. If you don't go with this company you will regret it, I recommend them for anything, and they are the best professional I have ever worked with in HomeAdvisor.

The people that work here are very honest, passionate and work hard to get the job done, always show up one time and they genuinely care, have a lot of knowledge in construction, no matter the weather or construction type needed, they will come and get the job done, I recommend them to anybody needing construction. Raj and his workers were very skilled, polite and tidy. In addition to my roof, they also did a fine job of brick pointing and waterproofing my exterior. They cleaned up every day after they were finished. They worked through some bitterly cold days. Raj addressed all my concerns and explained every step of the process with great knowledge of the products used. He responded to my texts and phone calls in a timely manner. I was able to pay my bill in increments as the job proceeded. After a subsequent heavy rainfall he called to see if everything was O.K. I plan to hire this company for future work I will need to be done. Overall, I would say I was very pleased with all aspects of my experience with them.
