Welcome to West Side Movers! My name is Matt Fiore and I am the owner of my family’s multi-generation moving and storage company. Our mission is to be the best NYC mover – known for our top quality moving services and boutique level of attention to detail. Many of our clients are repeat customers, moved with us before, or have been referred by friends and family. We often move different generations within the same family: parents, adult children and their grandchildren. We are located on The Upper West Side yet we service all neighborhoods in NYC including long distance from NYC to anywhere within the United States. Our team consists of experienced movers who work together regularly throughout the year.

CLARIFYING THE NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMER IS USUALLY DONE DURING THE INITIAL 'SIGN IN'--SO EVERYONE IS 'ON THE SAME PAGE'. ALSO, I KNOW THAT IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO BE ABLE TO HAVE ONE CONTACT PERSON. OUR OFFICE TEAM--IN AN ATTEMPT TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER QUICKLY--TRIES TO RESPOND TO CUSTOMERS WHO CALL IN--RATHER THAN HAVE THE ORIGINAL CONTACT PERSON CALL BACK.
