Atrocious experience with Jos Dudgeon of Tristate Sustainable, Llc. Their workmanship was horrible and incompetent. Sloppy installations from tile and oak floor to lighting and drywall. Avoid at all cost.

Unreliable work. Poor quality workmanship for floor, tile and electrical. A major disappoint. Cuts corners to maximize his profit Way too many excuses for their screw-ups. Would never use again.
