It was an excellent experience. The salesman, Antwann, was very polite and professional. I was not pressured into purchasing anything. Everything was perfect. It was a reasonable price. The delivery was on time and the stand is beautiful. It is excellent quality, as well.

I purchased most of my living room furniture from Room and Board, and am very happy with my purchases. I had some issues along the way-- for instance, my chairs took much longer than expected and I was eventually told the leather I was asking for would not be available, so I had to start from scratch. This was extremely disappointing as the wait time was tremendous, however, customer service couldn't have handled this better. I felt they were truly apologetic and offered me a discount for my troubles. They made every attempt to communicate the issues with me and find a way to resolve it. I also had a crack in my media console after only a couple months. I was asked to take a picture and send it, and once I did they replaced the unit asap. So while these issues were frustrating, I love my furniture and love the great customer service. I know I can trust them to do the right thing should something go wrong.

Beautiful, well-made furniture. Sales people are knowledgeable and very helpful, and they don't pressure you. They were able to tell me about the woodworking companies that make their furniture and where the wood was from. It was important to me that the wood in their furniture is forested responsibly. The deliverymen were professional and courteous.

Room & Board is a wonderful store and a very pleasant shopping experience. The Soho store is huge, and the furniture (largely modern) is beautifully displayed. They have a huge selection, and everything seems to be very well made. Customer service is excellent. The sales staff are not paid by commission, so there is no pressure and everyone is helpful. The store also has a policy of pricing everything fairly and never has sales. The prices are the prices and you don't need to worry about seeing your sofa on sale a week after you bought it. I purchased both a sofa and a media cabinet. The items were delivered at the arranged time, by two very professional and careful deliverymen. Both items are beautiful, well made, and I am a very satisfied customer. I would shop at Room & Board the next time I need a piece of furniture.
