At our scheduled move time, the 4-man crew showed up right on time (even 10 minutes early), got oriented with the apartment and quickly got started loading the truck up with our boxes! They were very detailed and delicate with our pieces of furniture that were not wrapped, and handled our boxes with care. We also very much enjoyed chatting with the team during their brief moments of downtime — super kind guys! They made a typically uncomfortable transition super enjoyable and efficient. Will definitely be hiring them for our next move!

Roadway did an absolutely amazing job with my move from Virginia to New York, they were incredibly professional while figuring out logistics and quick with communication on dates/any questions I had. The actual move-out and move-in days went very smoothly, the movers came on time and were super efficient and careful with wrapping and packing everything up and dropping everything off; they were in and out within 2 hours for both pickup and drop off. I had a fair amount of fragile items in my boxes that were delivered without a scratch, and all of my furniture was dropped off and put exactly where I wanted it in my new place. When I had first gotten a lot of my furniture I remember how much I struggled with getting everything transported so having movers this time around was so so helpful :)

Roadway helped me move from ATL to NYC in 2022 then last week within Manhattan. I used their full packing service this time and saved so much stress. My movers were punctual and so efficient, packed up my entire studio in 3 hours without me having to pack much at all beforehand. I 100% recommend and hope to use Roadway for all my future moves!

We moved with Roadway this weekend on a very rainy Saturday and had such a wonderful experience. You never would have known that it was pouring rain - not a single box, piece of furniture, or floor got wet at all along the way. Enis and Manny + the crew took such amazing care of us. They made sure to double check that we had packed all of our fragile items securely, double wrapped all of our furniture to be positive it all stayed dry and safe, treated our plants just as well as our valuables, and helped us unpack and rebuild when we arrived at our new home. This was our first time using professional movers. Our day start to finish was around 4 hours long. It would have easily taken us 6x that on our own! From box delivery all the way to move in, the team was on time, professional, kind, gentle, and allowed us to fully relax as we navigated our big move. I couldn’t recommend Roadway enough, and would gladly use them again for any and all future moves!

Roadway is the best!! I didn’t have to lift a finger. They packed up my clothes, shoes, books, furniture and outdoor furniture. They took down my bed and put it right back together perfectly. I would highly recommend using them for your move.

After seeing so many reviews and finding them all over social media, my partner and I decided to go with Roadway for our cross-country move from LA to NYC. It was our first time using a professional company and moving this far, so we were nervous. However, Roadway totally exceeded our expectations. Their team was super speedy, friendly, and thoughtful! I’d say we had a medium amount of stuff (we came from an apartment), and both teams were able to load up in LA and unload in NYC in just 2 hours. They even put together our bed, TV, and tables for us (I was surprised by this level of service)! If you’re looking to move and need a moving company, I'd definitely recommend Roadway!!

I cannot thank Roadway enough for making our recent move the most stress-free experience. My biggest concern while moving has always been movers not being careful with our things but let me tell you, these guys went above and BEYOND! With items big and small, up and down multiple flights of stairs, they packed and handled everything with care as if it were their own and not a single thing arrived to our new home broken! We had so much stuff and I cannot believe they accomplished it all in one day. The movers were super efficient and all so polite. I would definitely recommend!

Roadway is amazing! They cared for our stuff like we do. They carefully re-taped and wrapped everything so nothing got scratched. They also used a sticker system to keep all of our things accounted for and organized. When they got to our new home to unload, they assembled everything for us and cared about getting our house organized and taken care of before leaving. They were truly such a great moving company and will definitely be using them in the future!

I had an INCREDIBLE experience with Roadway! They moved me from NY to GA, and handled my belongings with great care. Not a single item was damaged or missing, and the worked so quickly. Both the pickup and delivery movers were nice and friendly, too. I would without a doubt use them for future moves.

Had moved twice on the East Coast, and then across the country. Dreaded another move because those 3 experiences were extremely poor. Found Roadway Moving here in LA and I'll only use them going forward. Carlos and his team showed up on time, were extremely efficient and pleasant to deal with. And they played 80s music, which I like. Nothing broken. Nothing lost. (We moved in the same zip code, fwiw.) We packed the small stuff, they handled the large items. All told, it took about 10 hours and I've already recommended them to local friends.
