I couldn't have asked for better. I was losing hope that this project was going to get done. They worked with me and found the perfect cabinet. They were very responsive and were easy to work with. It was done quickly and efficiently. They also were very understanding and seemed they love their job! I would highly recommend Renovation NYC. Their card is close by if I need any other work done. Also, it was amazing that the color matched my other Kitchen cabinets!

He says there is a free estimate but he doesn't give you an estimate until you give him money. Then he will not give you your money back. His word is not worth anything. He said he would send me my check back but he lied. He managed to cash my check within a couple of hours. He looks around and says you need ten cabinets and has you sign a piece of paper agreeing but if I installed ten cabinets in my small kitchen they would be in the hallway.

The built in shelves in my basement were beautifully and sturdily constructed. Excellent workmanship. Be sure to very clearly communicate every detail that you want and be on site during installation. At the initial consultation, I taped the wall to mark shelf layout and clearly discussed the exact placement of the shelves that I wanted. The shelves were installed at the incorrect height ( actually touching my baseboard heater ) while I was at work. I was shocked and upset when I arrived home and saw my gorgeous new shelves in direct contact with my heater. I reached out to Zac and the shelves were reinstalled at the correct height a week later. I’m quite happy with the shelves now. They are beautiful, sturdy and well made. I would recommend this company. Just make sure to fully communicate and be on site during the project. I’ve used several other carpenters and these guys have the highest quality workmanship of them all.

We could not be happier with the carpentry work by Renovation NYC. We found Zac to be very honest and reliable. We hired Renovation NYC to replace and build a fireplace mantel, floating shelves, and hallway closet in an 1894 Brownstone in UWS. The quality of the carpentry was better than I had expected. They took the time to fit the mantel and cabinet in place to look very professional. We would recommend Renovation NYC for their carpentry and would hire again when we have additional carpentry needs.

My new wall-to-ceiling bookcase is exactly what I wanted. Communication was good, workers were easy to work with, reliable and on time, and always cleaned up. Zac came by after each stage to be sure that all went well. A little expensive but well worth it.

Zach and his crew were excellent in all Ways! They executed the work which I contracted for in a most timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. Zac was very responsive to my concern and make sure the plans was executed excellently The crew was polite and very professional. I hired Zach for a bathroom remodel, the tech gutted the bathroom, I hired my personal plumber and he told me the shower was installed wrong,none of the parts were missing, installed a pocket door, it is not installed properly, tile on the wall is not flush and even, he tried to hook up my new toilet, water started shooting up to the ceiling, leaked down in the basement, everything he touched was a disaster

They were very reasonable with the price. The work was very good. I was very satisfied.
