I enjoyed the facial and the esthetician was knowledgeable. However, I did not enjoy the scrub at all! Far too coarse and the person doing it was not gentle. Would NOT do a scrub with them again. I did have a scrub there years ago and it was wonderful. I am told they have changed products and I don't like the new stuff one bit. PLEASE mix with some oil. TOO rough...had some small scratches on my skin afterwards!

It was an OK pedicure. The nail technician was nice, but kind of rough. She kept hurting my cuticles and hitting my ankle when she was trying to ex-foliate my heel. It seemed like she was rushing through it. Maybe she had another client waiting, I'm not sure, but it was not very relaxing. And that is the whole reason I get pedicures...to relax. If I just wanted to slap some polish on I could do that myself at home for free. It seemed like way too much money for what I got. I won't go back.

I had a great massage here recently. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is quite friendly. One staff member, Annie, is especially welcoming and even gave me a restaurant recommendation once since I don't know the neighborhood that well. The relaxation room can be a bit crowded if the spa is busy, and it's too dim to read in there while you're waiting for your appointment. I would highly recommend a massage here; the facials, I have not had as much luck with. I have had two or three here, and while they are very relaxing, they seem to make me break out. Maybe it's just me.
